Choice Home WarrantyIt went pretty smoothly. One of the best contractors I have had from Choice Home Warranty. Century Restoration Maintenance, LLC and owner PeAyre Gardner were awesome. I have had CHW several years and I wanted to cancel because every thing we called about they denied the claim. My husband decided to keep them. I was pleasantly surprised that they fixed both the leak and drywall in the ceiling from the leak. I am selling my place to move out of state and him and his crew worked their butts off to get it completed. This company sets the bar high and I would not want to go anyplace else going forward. I would recommend this company and crew for any jobs and actually am glad to call the owner a new contact for life. Give this company a chance and you WILL not be disappointed. I always hate having work done because most people are lazy, do not understand your needs or just do not care. This company is opposite of that and have values, ethics and integrity.
