They were awesome and great. I contacted them by phone and they were good to me by phone to do the estimate and then they were really prompt getting out here to do the repair. While they were here, they noticed another potential problem on the deck and corrected it, so it was a great experience. They were great.

I'm absolutely pleased with the service that they did. If I were to recommend them to somebody I would say they have great attention to detail and really want to do their job. I would use them again.

I bought the tile separately and the labor was around $4000.  I think they did a very good.  The quality of the workmanship was excellent and they were punctual.  The clean up was very good.  I would not hesitate to use them again.

Todd was AWESOME. I had used him on a previous basement remodelling job and he came through again. From the beginning "when can we meet to do an estimate" though follow-up after the job was done I could not have asked for a more professional job. Having Todd on my side saved me lots of money and lots and lots and lots of worry. He's on time He's trustworthy He asks questions and listens He cares He has good pricing He will give you what you want He's flexible He's fair He cares (yeah, I know I said that already, but it bears repeating) If I have a project that needs to be done NOW and Todd is not available -- I will wait. I do not want anyone else to work on my projects - I'm sure there is no way anyone else could measure up.

We needed a contractor that was flexible with two people that new what we wanted but didn't know how to get there. We knew there would be additions to the work, increasing the budget substatially, and he was going to have to work with us on that. With a project this big you'er going to have glitches. But there was nothing tramatic or unresovable. Any issue that arose was handled without aggravation and any cost increases were made aware in advace of the work. This was a huge project for Todd as well as us. But we couldn't have made a better choice in our contractor.

Excellent experience in every respect. Todd came out and gave an estimate, and even spent some extra time on a Saturday afternoon talking to my wife about a couple of inside bathroom remodeling projects. He came to do the work exactly when he said he would, finished on time, and cleaned up completely. Not only was the work done beautifully, but after the first day I realized that I had forgotten another siding repair; I emailed Todd that night and he was back the next day to do that as well. Charges were very fair and reasonable, the work was superior quality, and the entire experience was terrific. I would highly recommend this firm for ANY remodeling/repair work.

Todd is an amazing general contractor! I am so impressed with not only his carpentry and manage skills, but also his knowledge, experience and vision. He is extremely hard working, courteous, professional, and it seems like there is nothing he can't do! I'm aldo very impressive with his team. From this project, I learn a lot from him as a home owner on how to maintenance and keep my house in good shape.

It went very smoothly in general. Any problems that arose came from prior mess ups by my builder or previous contractors. Todd fixed any problems with particular aim to increase my budget as little as possible. I appreciated that very much.

We needed a fresh coat of paint and some minor repairs for two bedrooms in order to place the house on the market. One of the rooms had a fist-size hole in the wall that needed fixed before painting the wall. Todd fixed the wall and painted both bedrooms with the paint provided. After the paint job was completed, the hole in the wall was not even visible! It looked like a new room! The paint job was completed within 2 days. The bonus was that I didn't have to clean up after the guys finished the job!

Called general contractor(GC) for redesign consult, and estimate of remodeling basement bathroom. GC helped with initial redesign. GC sent us to Bridgeport Carpet to select the tile where we assisted by Julie with selection, the pattern design and the estimate. Work was planned well. The GC started drywall, electrical, and plumbing one week prior to the tile contractor, and finished the prep work on time. Then returned to complete the finish work plumbing, and electrical fixtures plus baseboard and painting in a reasonable time period.

He came and fixed it expeditiously. He was very helpful. He went around the house and showed us other things that needed to be worked on. He only charged us for fixing the disposal. He did an outstanding job. I kept his card and will use him again.

Todd was effective in making constructive and valuable design suggestions at the beginning of the project and paid a great deal of attention to insure that quality work was done on all aspects of the job. The tile work was especially challenging, and Todd's subcontractor was outstanding. All of his crew were extremely trustworthy, professional, talented, neat (clean up was never an issue) and a pleasure to have in our home. When unexpected problems occurred that required additional time, labor and materials, Todd carefully explained the circumstances, was reasonable and fair in his adjustments and gave us a choice before proceeding. All and all, it was a very positive experience. Our sun room is beautiful, and we finally have a deck we have access to and can use! We would not hesitate to ask him to take on another project. In fact we did; he just finished re-tiling our laundry room.

Fabulous! Wonderful! I needed someone who could "make it happen" and got much more than I could have expected. First and foremost, Todd was easy to communicate with. We always openly discussed what we wanted, discussed alternatives, and when new ideas came up, we discussed options. Todd was available via phone and email and you can TALK to him. Throughout the process I always felt comfortable that we were on the same page and I always got what I wanted. Todd's courtesy and understanding of "customer service" makes it a joy to work with him. His great relationships with some of the best specialists out there is also something that Todd brought to the table. Todd suggested (but always did whatever we wanted) changes to our plans where it made sense to make changes -- we always discussed pros and cons and it was always done "my way", not "his". Todd and his team did an outstanding job. From meeting his appointments to quote, starting on time and finishing early. They had creative suggestions along the way but listened closely to what we were trying to accomplish. Extras and additions, although small were handled professionally and there were no surprises. This was as pleasant an experience as a project like this can be. I would highly recommend Todd and Alpharetta Home Repair and am sure we will use him again for future work.

He was honest and straightforward, which I really appreciated. He made the appointment and he came out himself. He was totally helpful to me and when he came he also suggested a termite inspection and referred someone to me. When I called the referral he gave, he came out and inspected my house for free. Todd also came right away and I think he was so helpful and went out of his way. I would highly recommend him.

The new section is beautiful and matches the design of the existing structure extremely well. Other than half obviously being new wood, it looks like the deck was built all at once. Alpharetta Home Repair was extremely busy, so the job got started later than we anticipated, but it was done in about 1 week, with no surprises.

The bathroom looks like the work of a true professional. Todd was great to work with, showed up everyday on time, stayed on top of the smallest details, was a perfectionist with each job (paint, drywall, plumbing, tile) and cleaned up completely. Truly a professional and a pleasure to work with.

Tremendous! Todd was very helpful and thorough in both the design and implementation phase. He kept us up to date on progress weekly and checked in on design improvements and installations every step of the way. There are so many contractors out there that you always feel like you have to watch your back with. Not Todd. He was clear, courteous, insightful (he made the place look better than we envisioned with all his touches) and came in on budget and on time. He supervised his subcontractors well. We gained confidence in Todd's commitment to excellence and attention to detail in two key incidents. One day, he came in to see that a subcontractor had done a poor job on an aspect of installation. He could have hid it from us. Instead, he had the sub back in the next day redoing all the work. In another instance he replaced a sub he thought was not doing a good job. Don't see these as negatives, but positives on the kind of caliber a contractor he is. We highly recommend him.

Just in case people only read the first line or so of a review, let me start with this: Todd, the AHR owner, is so responsive, competent and thoroughly professional that we had him fix a nasty leak in our house (totally unrelated to the basement) at our cost, rather than continue to deal with the downright foolish contractors our insurance company kept sending over for free. Back to the basement, from the second we met Todd we felt very at ease with him. He explained how he works very clearly. He does subcontract out some work, but he had each subcontractor come to the house to meet us BEFORE work began. He was always present whenever a subcontractor was at the house and he, personally, guaranteed their work. We did not like a section of the carpeting and Todd, no questions asked, had it fixed immediately. He was extremely informative and was always confirming things with us and making great suggestions (cosmetic or money saving).

Todd is an amazing general contractor! I am so impressed with not only his carpentry skills, but his ability to translate my vision into reality. I am a new homeowner with tons of upcoming projects and Todd will get all of my business! He is extremely hard working, courteous, professional, and it seems like there is nothing he can't do!
