These guys are awesome.. first of all. They got right back in touch with me and was out to do the job in a couple of hours.. that's more than I can say for the other two guys I called in the first place.. the price was right to.. save yourself some time and trouble and give them a call if you want it done before next year.
Tidwell Plumbing Inc
Our plumbing was backing up late yesterday afternoon and I called Tidwell. They were booked through the rest of the day and the next day (which would be today), however Janet in the office said she would keep us on a list and call if they could squeeze us in. Lo and behold a little after 8am today, they were on the way to rescue us. Ronald and his partner got here and it was about as bad as it could be. But these gentlemen didn’t blink an eye and got right to work. And let me add - the weather was horrible! Ronald has been with the company for about 30 years and it shows. He and his partner were so good natured and put me at ease immediately. I am so impressed with Tidwell. They were upfront with pricing which was very reasonable and they were unbelievably efficient. If you’re having issues with your septic tank - this is THE company to call. They’re in a class above the rest and we are so grateful for their wonderful service
Sludgebusters was a great experience. I am a new to septic tanks, having had sewer for the last 30 years. My neighbors had horror stories about low up front pricing followed by being nickle and dimed to death adding up to a huge bill. That won't happen with Sludgebusters. Direct, all inclusive pricing, courteous service. Be sure to give them a look!!!
They got everything right after several contractors took a look and walked away. They were courteous professionals who were on time, communicated with us the entire way and were prepared to get the job done without leaving a mess! Wouldn’t think of calling anyone else!
All In One Septic
It went quite well. James responded to my phone call and Sam came to my house within a couple of hours. Sam explained the problem and had everything fixed within an hour. This was the second time that All-In-One serviced my tank (two separate problems related to the fact that the prior owners did not keep up with maintenance) and their service, response time, and professionalism were exemplary both times

Kyle and Koby were excellent. I was very concerned about the functioning of our septic system. Kyle assessed the situation and repaired our system in a timely manner. He kept us updated throughout the process and showed us where/how the issue occurred. Koby was a good assistant. Both were friendly, professional and efficient. Thank you
Septic Service Pro
Great worked with a Phillip to get scheduled. Their tech Alan was very professional and went above and beyond to pump our tank and clear the lines to get us flowing again after years of not pumping. Was a little tricky digging as back deck was partially covering the buried tank. Alan was super careful exposing the tank opening. Highly recommen

"James and his crew provided excellent service from my first contact to the completion of the job. They were very knowledgeable, answered my questions and respected my property. They explained the entire process to me and made recommendations to improve future access to my tank without the hard sell attitude other companies have. I’m glad I called them for service before I had bigger problems with my septic tank. Best of all I have piece of mind knowing the job was done correctly.

"Better than expected.....after 20 years without any septic tank maintenance, I was referred to Raysseptic.com for services. Trevor quoted me a price that included digging the tank but I decided to dig it myself for the exercise. After a whole lot more digging than I anticipated, I called and reported my digging adventure to Ray and delivered a picturesque description of my results.....Ray said the digging was included and they use a Deere 17G excavator to do the work in no time at all. Ray stated that everything I described from my digging sounded normal and that Steven would arrive in the morning for the work.
The next day, Steven arrived on time, surveyed my work, unloaded his Deere 17G excavator for some fine tuning to my dig and proceeded to expertly operated the machine to lift up my tank cover. After 20 years, I did not know what to expect but happily for me, the opening revealed nothing but water, albeit, very dirty water. Steven hopped off his excavator and moved to the edge of the tank. Leaning over the tank with his hands on his knees, he took a closer look. After a few moments, he raised his head, looked at me and said, "You're ok, we don't need to pump your tank." Somewhat puzzled I asked "why". Steven stated that by pumping out the dirty water, I would be removing the valuable enzymes that were happily eating away at whatever has been sent to the tank and that "healthy" enzymes are important to a properly working septic system. Somewhat skeptical I asked Steven to probe the tank to see if we quickly run into a thicker substance. Steven lifted his shovel over the tank and like a hot knife through butter, down it went...all the way down without the hint of interference. After 20 years of zero maintenance, I was stunned but I was getting ready to be stunned again......
Thinking that a discount was in order since no pumping was needed, I politely asked, "Well, since there will be no pumping today, what is my price?" Steven replied, "no charge". I was not ready for that one, especially in this day and age. Steven mentioned since he did not have to dig it open, he would not charge me for anything, he went further and said he would use his excavator to cover my digging.
Raysseptic blocked out at least two hours of hourly time, rolled a very large truck maybe 20 miles to my location, burned several gallons of diesel fuel and could have easily gone ahead with the pump job and invoiced me for the going rate for a 1000 gal. tank but choose not to.
One thing I'll say about Raysseptic is these guys have integrity. This was the first time using the services of this company. I will forever more request additional services should they arise and I will highly recommend them to anyone in the need of septic tank services and gleefully share this story.

"It went amazing!!! They arrived with in the window they told me they would. They also pointed out all what was wrong with my septic system. Ken talked us through everything that was needed and what they were going to do (which was well above my expectations). He provided us with everything we needed for this service. He didn't try to up-sell us or do a quick fix job. Ken was very professional and patient. I would DEFINITELY recommend Ken and his company for your septic needs and will be using them again in the future.

"Herbert was a pleasure to deal with and did a great job for me at a fair price. He ended up replacing my entire septic system with the exception of the tank. He was on time and completed the job in less than 48 hours. I could tell from my initial consultation that Herbert was a straight shooter and I felt like I could trust him to do a good job without overcharging me. That is exactly what I got. If you have septic problems you need to call Herbert. Highly recommended!

"We have used him twice and have been reasonably satisfied. They charged us quite a bit and part of a job that we got a bid on was not included in the work they did. Later they charged a little extra for it which we thought was a little bit too much. Otherwise we were pleased with their service. They did some grading where we had some erosion and they took care of that. They seemed to do a good job and they were reasonably priced. The sod was reasonably priced although we did not get a portion of the work done and they charged a little bit more than we had anticipated so we didn't do it. Otherwise we were satisfied. There were a number of pieces of sod that shouldn't have been laid which a lawn expert told us later because they were totally dead. We have several brown spots. We are satisfied for the most part but there were parts that could have been done better.

Replacing a drain field requires digging up quite a bit of land and involves a decent amount of testing. Using this guide, you’ll learn how much it costs to replace a drain field based on a few key factors such as size and type of septic system.
Answer: There are several signs that indicate your septic tank could be full. These include standing water over your septic tank, a strong odor coming from your yard, gurgling water, slow drains, or a sewage backup. While many of these signs could also be indicative of a clogged system, they should all be checked out by a professional ASAP to avoid costly damages. In the absence of any of these signs, it’s recommended that septic tanks be emptied every 3 to 5 years on average.
How often should a septic tank be serviced?
Answer: On average, septic tanks should be serviced every 3 to 5 years in the absence of any worrying signs that the tank is clogged or full. The size of your septic tank, the number of people living in your home, and your average water usage will all impact how often your septic tank needs to be serviced.
What are the most common causes of septic tank failure?
Answer: The most common cause of septic tank failure is improper maintenance. Failing to pump a septic tank on the appropriate schedule will cause septic tank failure and likely result in a costly septic tank repair or replacement. On average, septic tanks should be pumped every 3 to 5 years, but the size of your tank, the number of people in your home, and your average water usage may shorten or extend this timeframe.
How much does it cost to pump a septic tank?
Answer: The cost to pump a septic tank is $400 on average or about $0.30 per gallon. The size of your septic tank, as well as local labor costs, will impact the cost of pumping your septic tank. Most septic tanks are between 600 and 2,000 gallons in size, meaning the average cost range is between $180 to $600.
How much does it cost to install a septic system?
Answer: The cost to install a septic tank system is between $3,060 and $9,810, on average. The size of the septic tank you choose, the land you’re installing it on, the type of system you choose, and local labor costs will all influence the total cost of installing a septic system. Anaerobic septic tanks (those that don’t need oxygen) typically cost between $3,000 and $8,000. Aerobic systems, which utilize oxygen to activate bacteria and are popular on smaller properties, usually cost between $10,000 and $20,000.
How long does a septic system last?
Answer: When septic systems are well maintained, they can last up to 30 years or more. If a septic system isn’t properly maintained, such as when it isn’t pumped regularly, it may malfunction and require costly repairs or a premature replacement. In general, septic tank pumping is recommended every 3 to 5 years to ensure the septic system lasts as long as possible.
