They are nothing short of fantastic. I was quoted by another company anywhere from 5 grand to 12 grand. Turns out all I needed was a pump out and a blockage cleared for a lot less money. Thomas septic was honest and genuine. Traits so rare lately. I highly recommend them. You won’t find a team more capable or honest. Quality work done without all the bs and unneeded expenses that is Thomas septic! Honestly if I could I would give them 10 stars. Seriously call them first and you won’t need to call anyone else! I am so grateful to have found them!

They are absolutely amazing. The only company I would ever use for any of my plumbing or septic needs. First off, it came out, dug up the septic tank lids expose those cleaned out the entire tank make sure it was completely empty, they checked all the components to the tank to make sure they were good, when they even covered back up the tank they even use the tamper so you can barely tell they were ever there. I would highly suggest anybody to give them a call for any of your septic needs, 100% will do everything for me in the future again, and they don’t even try to sell you stuff you don’t need that’s the best part. The price was amazing compared to others. Thank you again if I ever need you I’ll call you first from now on.

These guys were fantastic! They squeezed us into their schedule earlier than expected, then showed up on time and worked a LONG day to get the work finished. This job proved especially challenging, as our property was extremely rocky. They muscled through the work and found a great solution for us, keeping us updated all along the way. Although they had to work until nearly 9:00p, their bill was for less than their original quote.

It went extremely well. I will be referring Thomas Septic to my friends and family. Their price is fair and reasonable. I love the fact that they kept their word and were punctual and professional. Thank you Thomas Septic for making my first septic installation stress free.
