Excellent. Brian came out to scope the job on a Sunday, work was completed by Cody and his team by 4 pm the next day. The crew was easy to communicate with and all the work was checked and completed to spec. Appreciate the quick response, fair price and quality workmanship.

This company had come to my house for a different call approximately 3 months prior. Their service was horrible. By error, my warranty company sent them back to address my leaking hot water tank. The tech arrived with an agenda to try and make my policy deny my claim. They stated my tank had prexisting missing parts and that a part unrelated to my tank was bad, and that my water pressure was high. He flat out lied. I asked my warranty company for a second opinion bcuz I disputed his false revenge full claim. My warranty company stated, they would do a second opinion, but if the next contractor inspector states the same thing Atlantis Plumbing stated then I would have to pat for the second opinion. The new company looked at my tank and stated, "your tank is old and has just gone bad. Your pressure is fine and there are no missing parts." My warranty company replaced my tank at full cost to replace. This company is horrible, dishonest and revenge full. I would not do business with this company. Be careful bcuz they come off very nice and smile, but will have knife behind their backs to try and force you to disregard your warranty and just deal with them. This company bragged on previous visit that the warranty company pays them for showing up regardless, so it doesn't really matter if I, the customer, get anything repaired or not. They Bragged that they just take their time. Again, they are not just bad, but the worst company out there.

Jacki and Brandon did a great job! They took their time to make sure that they diagnosed the issue correctly before offering a solution. The diagnosis was spot on. No more leaks!

Tim Robinson did a great job on my kitchen sink installation even though the plumbing was 30 years old and much of it was not to today's standards to begin with. He made sure everything was working the proper way and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done!

We got a leaking pipe replaced on 2/5/2021 by Reggie and Kyle from Atlantis Plumbing. They were great! They showed up early that morning, took one lunch break, and was done before dark the same day. The work was professionally done and still looks really good. We were also pleased with the cost as Atlantis was the cheapest of four companies we were considering. Great Job!!!

The plumber that did all the work made three separate visits. His name was JON CAMP. He was polite, prompt, neat, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and was able to solve the problems that at least five other plumbers could not tackle or made worse. I would highly recommend Jon and Atlantis plumbing.

We couldn't be more pleased.Able to coordinate Paulding County Water Dept. and Atlantis Plumbing for same day service. Both parties arrived early and were completed shortly after noon with minimal service interruption. Thankyou Brian...Cody and Tyler had the right equipment and finished in good time with no mess to clean up.

Tim and Lee were excellent. Showed up in their masks, and kept them on throughout. They clearly had lots of experience and knew what they were doing and worked effectively and efficiently each individually and as a team. I had a main water leak underground that needed to be located and repaired. They identified the location and went to work to make the repair. And they showed me what they were finding, and what they were doing. They were super in every way. I recommend them without hesitation.

Three people tried to diagnose why my yard was flooded, Pool? Irrigation? Nope and nope. Bryan figured it out in 5 minutes and fixed it in short order. Thank you to Atlantis for responding quickly to my plea for help, and Bryan for doing what you do very well.

Things couldn't have gone better. They responded quickly and walked me through what the problem was and what the possible solutions were. They handled the problem for me and were very professional. I WILL hire them again for all future plumbing needs.

John Henry was great! He did a great job of explaining the tankless system. Appointment scheduled for late Friday afternoon and John did not rush thru the repair and was patient with all my questions. Also he answered a few non water heater related questions I had. Atlantis has been a reliable and trustworthy service provider for my over the years.

Great, when I needed a job done, I didnt hesitate to call the people who've helped me out THREE times when I needed a job done correctly at a fair price. I called for an estimate, and had someone here the next day. We talked over the job and he gave me an estimate range I expected. We were about to schedule the job, and he contacted us back to let us know that the pipe arrangement we had requested would not work due to a backflow problem, and gave us alternate suggestions. We agreed on one, and in four days we had our new spigot, where I wanted it and the old one shut off. Very happy with the quick, polite and informed services we get with Atlantis. Thanks, guys!!

Jackie and Barry did a great job. They installed a Flo by Moen water leak detector, a new pressure reducing valve and added some new pipes. They have done previous work for me and have always done an excellent job. Very pleased with Atlantis Plumbing.

Phenomenal experience! We had a major, ongoing plumbing crisis involving the main sewer line after moving into a home within less than a year. The dynamic team of Wayne and Josh were able to resolve the issue with professionalism, genuine care for us as human beings, and clear industry experience. Headlines: Outstanding quality, great people, highly respectful of us and our home, complete restoration to “as before” condition, COVID Protocol, fair price. Recently, we needed to undertake a whole-house re-piping project for our home. Our original copper pipes had deteriorated over the years to the point where we experienced ~7 pinhole leaks either in walls, ceilings or open spaces scattered throughout the house. We finally bit the bullet, did extensive online research, and started contacts with plumbers. We had initial conversations with up to 8 firms and in-home interviews with 4, followed up by various telephone clarifications as we got smarter (more informed) during the process. We learned quickly that a major differentiator between firms was their preferred choice of materials for piping, fittings, crimps and fasteners. This side-tracked us into research, references and other conversations regarding CPVC, PEX (A, B and C) and Legend HyperPure pipe materials. Our Plumbing team of Jackie and Barry were outstanding. They always called prior to arrival. They set expectations with us daily. We always had full water service restored at night and most of the days too. They first spent time investigating the existing plumbing system, cutting inspection holes as needed and developing a strategy/plan for the new pipes, with the goal of minimizing the number of holes in the house. They also dealt with challenges as they occurred, including a tricky tile cut through the grout in the master shower while preserving the tiles that were removed. They cleaned up daily and were respectful of our home. We developed a nice rapport and appreciated their work. On the restoration side, JC was equally outstanding, as this is where you hold your breath and hope it all comes back together – and it certainly did. JC was masterful at the drywall/tape/mud restoration, but also dealing with the other items disturbed by the project such as tiles, beadboard, vents, tub panel, etc. He is a true craftsman with attention to detail and quality and does most of his work by hand. He, also, avoided dust and mess as much as possible and cleaned up daily too. It probably helped that we were able to provide all the original paints [~10] except for one, but he was a master at blending in the paint of the restored surfaces with the unaffected portions, truly, “like it never happened”. We would recommend Atlantis Plumbing to anyone facing a similar major project. We will call on Atlantis as needed for any future plumbing problems.

Excellent. John Henry his very knowledgeable and great at what he does. He is punctual, fast and efficient. In addition to replacing the kitchen. I have used Atlantis Plumbing on more than one occasion (John Henry) and the pricing was great and work always of highest quality. Would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Jackie and Barry came out to my home. They were right on time, super friendly and incredibly helpful. I really appreciated how honest they were because I had previously been quoted for a great amount of work that wasn't needed. They were really informative and gave me a very fair quote. This is the second time I've used Atlantis Plumbing, and just like the first time, they were incredibly easy to work with, and provided exemplary service for a fair price. Jackie and Barry showed up at the agreed time to give me a free estimate. After a thorough inspection of the area and the crawlspace, they then told me what the problem was, They discussed with me the way I'd like to handle it, and presented me with two options on how to proceed. When we decided, we contacted them the next day and they presented us with appointment times to work around our schedule. When they arrived, they got right to work, quickly and efficiently, with barely any inconvenience to our current work from home status.. Polite, friendly, professional and clean are definitely good descriptions of our experience with Jackie and Barry from Atlantis Plumbing. I wasn’t sure where it was coming from, but Robert Camp was great. He diagnosed the toilet was likely leaking, not the shower and replaced the wax ring and gave me great advice.

John called before coming, arrived on time, completed the job efficiently and professionally. He is also very personable.
