Technicians Andrew and Eric did a great job replacing the pipes, fastening them, replacing the valves, etc. They were very dedicated and worked through day and night in the cramped crawl space. "Scot and Kyle were the plumbers that came to fix my toilet and give a recommendation on whether I needed an air pressure overload valve on my water heater that another plumber had suggested that I might need. Scot said that I did not need the valve which saved me $250 right away. As for the clogged toilet pipe, Scot would not stop working on it until it was completely clear of any gunk in the pipe which I could verify by the camera he had in the drain pipe. Excellent job."

"Jim and Jordan were both professional and honest. They worked with us on installing an interior french/foundation drain around half of our basement into an existing, outside sump pump and did not try to oversell us on adding a second sump pump (as other companies did). Their crew were all polite, efficient and hard workers and left the area clean and finished off in a professional manner. For years, every time there was sustained rain we would have water seeping into our basement. Since their installation, we have had sustained rain a number of times and the foundation drain has worked very well. No more water in the basement. I would highly recommend them."

"All went smoothly. They did have to come back out and redo the way one pipe was going to another with a coupler as opposed to tape but there was no issue in doing this. One thing I will add is that people need to check with their termite company before doing an encapsulation. This voided our lifetime warranty. State building code (I called our county's office) is supposed to leave 4 inches down from the concrete blocks with encapsulation so they can do a termite inspection to supply a warranty. They did not do this and the termite company wanted this to code to supply a temite warranty. Sundry had to come back out to remove some of the encapsulation and charged us the cost of doing this. The workmanship was good on both the trenching for removing water under the house and the encpaulation. The encapsulation just wasn't to code which cost us an extra $3000."

French drains inside crawl space and in backyard to direct water downhill and away from foundation. Vapor barrier installed in crawl space. Very professional, great communication.
