They introduced themselves, put on shoe covers, and got to work inspecting the area. They brought in a ladder and a camera and did a thorough inspection, and they identified the issue, we had a badly leaking old dishwasher. They also pointed out that the shut-off valves and nearby piping were in poor condition. While they recommended replacement, there was no pressure at all. After a quick discussion, we agreed it made sense to move forward. The work was done efficiently, cleanly, and with total professionalism.
