"All went smoothly. They did have to come back out and redo the way one pipe was going to another with a coupler as opposed to tape but there was no issue in doing this. One thing I will add is that people need to check with their termite company before doing an encapsulation. This voided our lifetime warranty. State building code (I called our county's office) is supposed to leave 4 inches down from the concrete blocks with encapsulation so they can do a termite inspection to supply a warranty. They did not do this and the termite company wanted this to code to supply a temite warranty. Sundry had to come back out to remove some of the encapsulation and charged us the cost of doing this. The workmanship was good on both the trenching for removing water under the house and the encpaulation. The encapsulation just wasn't to code which cost us an extra $3000."

He gave me a quote which I thought was reasonable. Him and his crew came out a couple of days later, as scheduled and worked through the weekend to get the job completed. Excellent workmanship, completed as scheduled . Upon completion of the job, he demonstrated the operation of all the zones as well as the timer functions. Once completed his crew did a clean of the property such that you can not tell that there was any digging on the property. Excellent work, I would highly recommend Alberto and his crew to anyone."

I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense.
