The other two roofing companies I never heard back. Braswell Construction contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. A week later I had a brand new roof with gorgeous colored shingles. Everyone in the neighborhood stopped by and literally knocked on the door to inquire. His wife Brandy sent us the quote in the time frame they told us. When we asked them to do the job, they gave us a start date that they met. Jeb and his son worked hard and cleaned up each and every day. They were very nice and very upfront. The finished job is beautiful. Finding a contractor to work on your home is so scary. Having found such a great company was the best. Job done with absolutely no surprises or drama."

I worked with customer service for 2 days to customize my garage so it will attach to my house,after waiting 2 months for it to be delivered and set up they showed up just to have to head guy refuse to put it up against my house like it was designed to do he would only put it 3 feet away which made it unlevel so he refused to set it up because of that.I called customer service to complain and after trying for 20 mins to get her to understand that the jurk was refusing to put it next to my house as it was designed to do she offered me a petty $250 offer to keep it and set it up myself . Rude people that have no clue what they are doing or they meaning of customer service. Don't even buy a dog house from these people"
