"Daniel came out yesterday to asses the situation. I was provided 3 options in fixing the broken exhaust fan I had. I went with buying the exhaust fan at Home Depot and have install it. I went ahead got LBE to replace the hallway upstairs bathroom exhaust fan too. Even though it was not having issues, I wanted to replace it with the same model as I was replacing the broken one with.
