Mark did a great job leaving the rest of the ceiling totally untouched. He ran the ductwork to the soffit in the attic--which I was totally fine with. If I run into flow problems, I may eventually get a roofer to installs vents directly above to reduce any pressure drops due to bends. No one tried to sell us fancy or overly expensive fans. We provided our own. It was a good experience."

They moved a ceiling light box, required and added another one, added lights + switch above a built in bookcase, added an entryway light box + repurposed an unused switch, and added a switch for the living room light so I can turn it on when I come down stairs.
