Leyton was fantastic. Arrived right on time(and scheduling was very easy and convenient- got my exact day and time I wanted.) He saw exactly what I needed for installing a ceiling fan, and it looks, and works perfectly. The price was more than fair. Second experience with LBE, and again, 5 stars!

Chris who was dispatched to determine the root cause of my issue was very conclusive in his investigation. He walked me through each step as he investigated my issues. It was not only detailed but educational to learn what he had investigated. He provided me three options, from the immediate root cause to the possible issues that could occur in the future. I went with the second choice and I felt know pressure from Chris on which decision to make. I appreciated Chris expertise and would highly recommend him and Lighting Bug Electric.

Customer for life. Thanks Leo and Jeremy! I was literally quoted $14k-$51k for a whole house job from LBE's competitor after an inspection because 1-2 outlets weren't working. Leo and Jeremy were in and out in under 30 minutes, fixed the issue, explained the cause and how to avoid it in the future, and great recommendations for how to protect and maintain the house. And, of course, the price was very reasonable.

Company sends two technicians to fix every issue, even minor ones, and passes that cost onto you. I was charged almost $250 (just to diagnose why one outlet wasn’t working), which took less than 30 minutes. Most expensive electrical company! Worsened by the fact that neither the manager nor the owner has had the courtesy to respond to the multiple inquiries I have submitted. I wouldn’t use them again.

I called Lighting Bug Electric for a quote to install a generator transfer switch. The office was prompt with scheduling and called to let me know each time when a technician would be out and was on his way. Timing was accurate. Leo came out to give a quote. He looked everything over, listened to what we wanted, answered all our questions and made sound recommendations. I was very impressed with Leo and felt comfortable with the quote and his abilities. This wasn't our first transfere switch intall. I wanted Leo to do the install so I set up an appointment for install with him on the spot for the following week. Leo and Michael came out to do the install. Again the office called to let me know the were on thier way and would be arriving in about 35-40 minutes. I sat my Alexa for a reminder, they were exactly on time. The install was fast and efficient. Very little loss of power (inconvenience to me). Afterwards, Leo walked me through the operating process and again patiently answered all my questions. Michael whom Im assuming was his assistant was very pleasant and personable. Both were people you felt you could trust. They felt like *family doing the job, you knew you were in good hands. *Just FYI , my dad (who has passed) was a licensed electrician and had his own business. We were spoiled if we needed any electrical work, dad would do it. You know he was thorough. Im not an electrician but just growing up in the environment its easy to spot electricians that are sincere, knowledgeable, thorough and care. I highly recommend Leo and Lighting bug electric.

We had Steven come out and repair a dimmer switch that operated 12 kitchen can lights. He was prompt, professional, completely solved our problem (the lights had 2 switches on/off and for years, if you turned off at one door, it wouldn't work at the other but he fixed that), and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

Very pleased with the installation of our 240v line to charge our new EV. We got our original quote and they worked with us on the price and added an addition cut off switch per our request as well. Installation was seedless and the electrician did a great job running the line and making everything look tidy.

Lightning Bug Electric was fantastic. Justine was great in scheduling -- she was able to get someone to my house much quicker than I had expected. I realize that part of that was luck, but she went the extra mile, which really impressed me as a first-time customer. Jordan was the electrician who came to our house - he was fantastic! He was friendly, patient, painstaking in diagnosing a complex problem, thorough in making sure that everything was ok before leaving our house, and overall generous in spirit and time. I participated in a video call between Jordan and Justin and can say that Justin was also great -- he provided a valuable second opinion and was also generous with his time and an all-round nice guy. I have found my electrician in Atlanta and I highly recommend them.
