"Daniel came out yesterday to asses the situation. I was provided 3 options in fixing the broken exhaust fan I had. I went with buying the exhaust fan at Home Depot and have install it. I went ahead got LBE to replace the hallway upstairs bathroom exhaust fan too. Even though it was not having issues, I wanted to replace it with the same model as I was replacing the broken one with. Daniel and Hunter came out this morning to replace both fans. Took then less than 2 hours to finish the job. They vacuumed and clean up as well. They both showed the the functioning new fans. They did good work!"

"Will hire them again and again! The time from quote to finished project was quick and seamless. I had a towel warming rack installed in the bathroom and a light hung on my cement loft ceilings, and they did it effortlessly in about 2 hours. Only afterwards did I realize that while getting the OK from my HOA, Dependable had to contact their own insurance company to get my HOA listed as additionally insured (at the request of my insufferable HOA). This was not easy nor cheap but I never heard any complaints from Dependable about it. Nicks came up with the solution of installing a new remote switch. He gave me the option of having a wireless remote or the remote installed to the wall.
