I went ahead got LBE to replace the hallway upstairs bathroom exhaust fan too. Even though it was not having issues, I wanted to replace it with the same model as I was replacing the broken one with. "Good company. Good experience from the time I began obtaining an estimate, until the work was completed June 2016. Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. My ONLY issue was that a bit more care could have been exercised on the install... but it was hotter than Hades, making conditions brutal! I am choosing Ragsdale to continue to service our units. Nicks came up with the solution of installing a new remote switch. He gave me the option of having a wireless remote or the remote installed to the wall.
