"Mr. Value Electricians did a wonderful job at our place. We had them do a new install of two bathroom vent fans. We did not have vent fans before. Mark did a great job leaving the rest of the ceiling totally untouched. He ran the ductwork to the soffit in the attic--which I was totally fine with. If I run into flow problems, I may eventually get a roofer to installs vents directly above to reduce any pressure drops due to bends. No one tried to sell us fancy or overly expensive fans. We provided our own. It was a good experience."

I had a towel warming rack installed in the bathroom and a light hung on my cement loft ceilings, and they did it effortlessly in about 2 hours. Only afterwards did I realize that while getting the OK from my HOA, Dependable had to contact their own insurance company to get my HOA listed as additionally insured (at the request of my insufferable HOA). This was not easy nor cheap but I never heard any complaints from Dependable about it.
