I was told the truck had just been in my neighborhood that morning, and they'd try to get them to come back that afternoon. And they did. The repairmen assessed the problem, and after giving me a reasonable quote and obtaining my okay, they replaced the old garbage disposal with a newer model. After installation, they cleaned up the floor and walls of the cabinet under the sink, which were soaked with foul liquids from the leaking garbage disposal unit. They also suggested I leave a fan on to completely dry the cabinet area. I was very pleased with their professionalism and courtesy.
