He and his crew had the bulk of the work done in a day and went the extra mile to add finishing touches that improved on what I was envisioning. He had no equipment to locate underground pipes or solenoid valves and didn't bring the correct coupling sizes needed to fix the breaks in the line. After two unproductive visits, a third was scheduled?but by then it was clear he was either in over his head or trying to draw the job out at my expense. I canceled the final appointment and completed the repair myself. Total disappointment. I expected a professional who came prepared; what I got felt more like guesswork. I don?t recommend this service if you need timely, competent irrigation work. "
