"Troy was very professional and informative he even offered to have his crew check my previous excursion I had completed by another company, to ensure no future intrusion of pests in the future. There was a little mix-up with the crew not using the HEPA vacuum during removal of old insulation before installing new insulation but Troy discounted the service and apologized.
