Too expensive for blown in insulation.

If I ever need anything else done I will have them back they done a great job ð ¯

They were good to deal with, l find prices to be really high in general. Ità  à ¢à  à  à  à  s not something most people can do for themselves so your kind of at their mercy, which unfortunately just doesnâ t exist!

Attic was sealed and filled with blown in insulation. Consultant was knowledgeable and the crew that came was very professional. We felt a difference in the temperature of the house that night after the install.

They put a hole in the ceiling when they were sealing up everything. They put a hole in the roof and I started cleaning up some of it in the middle of the floor so my son could get out of the bed. They started blowing the insulation in. They said someone was going to call me they never did. I called the number on the card for the consultant and no one ever did. I called him back and left him the pictures of the insulation on the floor. Later on the sheet rock guy called and I asked him was he going to clean up the mess on the bed and he called the owner, and I sent the pictures to him and he asked the owner about the clean up and someone from USA was going to clean it up. The owner could have shown concern of what his company did. 3 days later the supervisor came out and cleaned it up; then the manager called.

They had me pay upfront which I should have knew better but I did, the day before the had me scheduled they re-scheduled me making me lose a day of work then they showed up late and didn?t complete the job. Scheduled me for today 8/11/21 and just got another call that they have to reschedule me again. Worst experience I?ve had with anyone on home advisor. I?m praying there work is better than their scheduling. The next contractor that tells me he or she needs to get paid up front will be thrown out the door head first.

The sales person was prompt, very knowledgeable, and professional. He made recommendations that others didn't even consider. He also knew the permit codes for insulation, which none of the competitors knew.

Additional insulation was blown in upon inspection after they were initially done.

Knowledgeable sales person (Joel McQuillen). Listened to and addressed my concerns and considerations. Provided a fair quote. Had them do air sealing before blown insulation. I had some doubt they could adequately perform the air sealing to my satisfaction because of the age and unique qualities of my home. The offered to perform free before- and after- blower door tests to demonstrate the effectiveness of the air sealing before blowing the attic insulation. They blew the insulation well, and cleaned up afterward. A couple of days later, I received a call from the manager, Ryan, who informed me that I had overpaid them. (I had paid them a deposit that I forgot about). So I appreciated the honesty. Great job! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

They were very considerate of the homeowner and went out of their way to make me happy with the job.

Work was done in a timely and professional manner. Workers very polite. In a couple of places, they did not completely remove the old insulation and just sprayed over it, leaving hanging pieces. Also, the cleanup after the job could have been better. Overall, we are very satisfied.

Very professional. On time and communicated with me prior to the bat insulation removal and install of what was going to happen (i.e. first clean up crew, and then second crew showing up to finish the project). They also did an effective clean up after the installation and explained the assessment done prior to install and after installation. The job took longer than estimated, and that was because the estimate incorrect, so they had to wait for additional insulation to be delivered. But because it was their error, they did not charge me for the extra insulation. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

This company really cared about my energy costs and spent time analyzing my needs. Very hands on. I wish they had followed up with me after blowing in my insulation to check up, though. I would definitely hire them again.
