Fair priced, will really explain to you what needs to be done, how to do it right, what would be more cost/long term effective. We had alot that needed to be done: ripping out old carpet to install new hardwood that would match our old, install new hardwood in a kitchen remodel with no flooring, buffing out our old hardwood floor, and fixing a stain problem.
