"I was hoping to see what was installed at every stage of the process. Feel a little in the dark about what is buried underneath the concrete and the process. Could not reach the sales person to ask questions after job was booked. There was confusion about what was to be done exactly. The workers were diligent and helpful wiith moving some of the junk in the basement. Job was done quickly and the areas left clean."

My only negative was the fact that they left some muddy areas on the house and around the house that were not cleaned up. I expressed some concerns about the system that was installed and these were answered quickly to my satisfaction.
