I asked him if he was going to repair it and he stated they do not do patch work. If that is the case, they should hire a patch guy, that can repair and paint. Now I need to pay some one else, after paying 2,719.51 for 4 light install in the celling."

Could not reach the sales person to ask questions after job was booked. There was confusion about what was to be done exactly. "Sundry's employees showed up on time and did the work that was promised in a timely fashion. My only negative was the fact that they left some muddy areas on the house and around the house that were not cleaned up. "This is the 6th time I have used Coolray / Mr. Plumber for different projects over the past ten years and 3 in different homes. Each and every time they have been prompt and professional. They have always been clear on the issue and what was needed to fix it properly and permanently.

This time, I was replacing a vanity in a guest bathroom and realized mid-installation that my water supply lines were nowhere close to where I needed them to be to fit the new vanity. Nobody wants to have an HVAC or plumbing problem, but if you do, these are the guys to call. Their techs and plumbers take pride in their trades and take the time to do the job the right way. Take it from a repeat offender, call them first or you'll be calling them later.

So glad I happened to call them 10 years ago on my first home.
