He pointed out several things that we could do, such as grading behind the house & redirecting  our downspouts from our eaves troughs. He told us exactly the kind of PVC pipe that we needed to run a drain from the corner of the crawl space. On top of all that, he gave us printed instructions, with a list of needed supplies, on completing the job from start to finish, saving us a lot of money. Jeff is a very honest man!
