I asked him if he was going to repair it and he stated they do not do patch work. If that is the case, they should hire a patch guy, that can repair and paint. He arrived within an hour, replaced the cap, and that allowed us to have water service restored to our home. He did a great job and charged a most reasonable amount given the time of the repair.
