"Good company. Good experience from the time I began obtaining an estimate, until the work was completed June 2016. "I was hoping to see what was installed at every stage of the process. Feel a little in the dark about what is buried underneath the concrete and the process. Could not reach the sales person to ask questions after job was booked. There was confusion about what was to be done exactly. "We had issues with water leaking into the basement after heavy rainfall and called SunDry to give us a quote for water proofing. The job was completed and two days later it rained and our basement flooded... the sales rep, Mario, came back out and said they didnt make the flange tall enough in one corner, so the contractors came back and fixed it and it was covered under the warranty. Why they didnt do it right the first time I am not sure. Everyone considering using this company must be careful of Mario. He is a classic salesman ready to tell you exactly what you need to hear to make a sale, so be VERY careful trusting everything he is telling you. He walked around our house and pointed at random cracks and splits and said we needed foundation piers or our house is going to sink. He quoted us $5600 for the job and said it would save us money if we did it during waterproofing. We called a foundation engineer for a second opinion and were told our house was perfectly fine and in no need for foundation piers. Also be wary of the cost for put back of the dry wall/studs/finishings after the waterproofing. Sundry does not do this part of the job and will tell you it will only cost a few hundred bucks...it is not. We got a quote for $1100 from the guy that Mario referred and the price didnt even include putting the laminate flooring back. Mario was calling us every week when we first got the quote to schedule the job, but as soon as we needed something from him (to connect us with the guy for put back), he was very unresponsive and didnt stick to his estimated time frames. Marios contractors also left a mess of our basement with cement and dirt stains on our intact flooring. Other than that, the contractors did a great and speedy job and were very kind and professional. All in all, I would recommend them for their pricing is the cheapest of all other vendors we spoke to and they were very quick. I can only hope that they stay around long enough and that our warranty will always cover future leaks/issues."

"This is the 6th time I have used Coolray / Mr. Plumber for different projects over the past ten years and 3 in different homes. Each and every time they have been prompt and professional. They have always been clear on the issue and what was needed to fix it properly and permanently.

This time, I was replacing a vanity in a guest bathroom and realized mid-installation that my water supply lines were nowhere close to where I needed them to be to fit the new vanity. I'm pretty handy, but a plumber I am not. Rather than risk broken pipes and a flood, I called Mr. Plumber at 3:30pm on a Friday. The plumber assigned to my job, Brandon Thompson arrived just after 6:00pm, assessed what was needed within 5 minutes and got to work. An hour and a half later the job was done, cleaned up and ready to go.

Nobody wants to have an HVAC or plumbing problem, but if you do, these are the guys to call. Their techs and plumbers take pride in their trades and take the time to do the job the right way. Take it from a repeat offender, call them first or you'll be calling them later.

So glad I happened to call them 10 years ago on my first home.
