"Alirio was very punctual and professional. He did everything he said he would and more. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if I needed to. He built humidity banks in my basement, and lined with a water vapor barrier, also treated basement for mold, installed a storm door (even touched up paint on it for me!), fixed a drain spout, cleaned my gutters and built a drain off the sunporch to discourage water run off near the house. "My experience started out great, from the first call to the evaluation. I was able to get an appointment within the same week. Even called back to let me know an opening had become available. During the evaluation I felt AAA Basement was being honest with me about what was needed. No Services were needed, but I was a list of things to work on to prevent mold from developing. The list was explained thoroughly and discussed the need for a Dehumidifier. We have since put in the dehumidifier and things are going great.
