I called with a busted pipe and the only way to stop the leak was to shut the water off to the house Jordan air had a tech at my home in matter of hours. He was able to assess the problem, give me quote, run to the shop for parts, and finally preform the repair in less than a few hours. This level of customer service is why Jordan air gets my recommendation to anyone for plumbing repair work.

Jorden Airs Service Technician Carmine Costello is total 5 star. He keeps you informed on his arrival time, is very courteous, and in my opinion, he listens very carefully to the customer and takes his time explaining the answer in terms the customer can understand, no techno talk. Would recommend him and Jordan Air to anyone anytime for Heating and Air conditioning.
