"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"
"I hired Rufino and his team to work on waterproofing my basement. Their quote was much more affordable than the other more commercial companies out there. They did an excellent job. We had good communication and they completed the job promptly. Rufino answered all my questions and concerns. His team left the basement and yard very clean. I highly recommend them for your waterproofing needs."
"Nate was very professional when providing his quote and in the actual work performance when waterproofing our basement. Customer Service was outstanding. Answered my questions patiently and would gladly and quickly make changes when requested regarding the quote. Worked steady until the job was completed. Pricing was fair. Havent had a large rain since completion but believe we are set to be dry. Nate followed the proposed plan to a tee. Went above and beyond to insure everything would guarantee a dry basement. Wish all contractor people would use the same ethics we experienced with Nate and Triple C."
"I met with three professionals. Crawlspaces and more fixed a water leak in my basement. Their plan was the least labor-intensive meaning I didnâ t have to uproot my landscaping and lighting system in order for them to fix leak. And theyâ re reasonably priced."
"I am providing an updated review from the last review. After communicating with CDG waterproofing about my concerns , they immediately returned and fixed the problem. I was pleased with the workmanship of the crew.and the finish project. Thanks Johnny and CDG waterproofing."
"From start to finish - top notch! Will arrived timely and completed a thorough inspection, even inspecting an area (crawl space) that I wasn’t contemplating, but desperately needed some work as well. Quotes (yes, 3 of them) were provided to delineate the differing areas and work - along with related warranties. We received a quote from a competitor, and AquaGuard was the best value, most comprehensive, and best warranty. Scheduling went seamlessly with Justin (though they didn’t update my phone and kept calling my husband). The crew, lead by Marquise, communicated their arrival about 30 mins out, arriving timely. He professionally introduced his team, Joseph and Stephon for the crawl space on Day 1 and Alex for the basement on Day 2 - and they set to work. They laid covering over the carpet to protect it from this Georgia red clay. Working productively, with care and thoughtfulness to achieve a job well done. Once they finished up the work, Marquise walked me through the full effort and provided photos of the results within the crawl space, and explained the maintenance needs clearly, then we finalized payment. Highly recommend AquaGuard for your waterproofing and stabilization needs. Professional, courteous, timely, thorough, and competitively priced. Thanks AquaGuard for my dry basement and secure foundation in my addition!"

Review for Vasquez Waterproofing
Vasquez Waterproofing did an outstanding job installing a French drain in both my front and back yards, and they also tackled some pretty extensive water damage around my front bay window. Not only was the quality of work excellent, but the entire project was completed in just two days — super efficient.
Big shoutout to Jack for his excellent communication throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, timelines were kept, and the worksite was left clean.
I’d absolutely recommend Vasquez Waterproofing for any drainage or water damage projects. In fact, I’m already in talks with them about another job. Solid team, great results."
"Zach Guy is a true professional, I was fortunate enough to have him in the area and he came and fixed my basement, I will sleep better tonight, great, great, great"
"Found within 2 hours, the finished basement's shower, toilet, and furnace drain were all flooding "black" water. We called Coolray, and they sent a plumber within two hours. He immediately assessed that he was going to have to remove the toilet to unclog the line. He did so, and recommended a camera diagnostic to see what the problem was. (We had guests arriving, Friday evening, basement beds needed for guests, of course.) We had a water mitigation service at our door first thing morning, that was recommended by Mr. Plumber. Monday morning we had the diagnostic camera showing us a broken pipe just outside the foundation of the house. The following day, dodging rain showers, and for $2400., we had the pipe dug out, replaced, and repaired. No complaints about the professionalism, response, and intelligence of Mr. Plumber. The $2400. seemed expensive, but the work was done efficiently and quickly. Would call them again in any plumbing emergency. They also are our air conditioning/heating company. EXCELLENT. "

Basement Waterproofing questions, answered by experts
You should plan on waiting at least a year and ideally two to three years after construction before finishing your basement. This will give the foundation time to settle in response to the weight of your home and the expansion of the surrounding soil. You can then repair your foundation and seal any cracks as needed before finishing it to reduce your risk of future leaks or other issues.
Interlocking garage tiles made with PVC are the most effective for garages with past issues of humidity and flooding because damp concrete is not suitable for paint. Epoxy coating is also water-resistant and can prevent mold buildup. Finally, porcelain tiles are a wonderful option for wet conditions if your budget allows.
Yes, water coming up from the floor should be treated as an emergency. If you're unable to either identify or stop the source of the water on your own, contact an emergency plumber right away. In addition to harming your flooring, standing or pooled water can lead to water-damaged concrete.
A sewage smell in your crawl space is usually from a damaged or clogged pipe leaking sewer gasses or actual sewage underneath your home, but there are some other common causes. Moisture, from poor or damaged encapsulation or a malfunctioning sump pump, can harbor mold and bacteria, causing a musty smell. Pests can also get stuck in your crawl space and die, which causes a sewage-like odor.
If you set up a dehumidifier, it will usually dry out your wet crawl space within 12 to 24 hours. Once the space is dry, it’s a good idea to take preventative measures to keep it dry. These include installing a French drain or other exterior foundation drainage system, installing a sump pump in the crawl space, and installing a vapor barrier in addition to leaving the dehumidifier running.
