My name is Gary Davidson. PSU did not do my install, I wish they had. That does not mean I had a bad install experience. The Installer Just does not service. Since then I have used PSU each year for servicing needs. They're on time and personable and most of all I have a feeling of trust using them to service my 20kw unit. Technician Jody was courteous and offered an answer to every question I had. Thanks PSU. See U next year.

They came out initially to look at the generator b/c I came home to no electricity and no generator running. My generator is supposed to start within 10 seconds of my losing power. I called the company who had previously serviced and was told to call PSU from now on for home service. I did and they had someone out within the hour to get the generator running again. A++ in my book!! That was on 2/12/2015. They followed up with a complete service in 2/16 at which time I signed a contract with them to do twice-yearly service.

Power Solutions Unlimited, Inc. earned my business this past summer. My generator failed in May 2014, and the company I purchased it from (NOT Power Solutions Unlimited, Inc.) failed to show up for a scheduled appointment three different times. I finally decided to take the bull by the horns and find another vendor. I obtained a list of companies in my area that service Generac generators and started calling. I got voice mail for the first two companies I called (never a good sign), and then to my relief, when I called Power Solutions Unlimited, Inc. I got a live person. I explained my problem, and the very nice lady who took my call, Lynn, set up an appointment to have my unit serviced. She assured me that her tech would show up, and he did! The tech, BJ, was friendly, knowledgeable, and after troubleshooting my unit, explained exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost to repair it. I was so impressed with the service I received from PSU that I decided to purchase a maintenace agreement from them for my unit. My recent service call was for the semi-annual inspection, performed by another nice tech named Tony. This coming summer someone from PSU will perform the PM on my unit, and I can rest assured that the tech will show up as promised!

The install was nothing but professional from the beginning to the end. Arrived on time and did not leave until the entire job was completed. This was the only installation of a product that I have had where my home and property looked like it did before they started. Everything was put back in place and cleaned up as I never had to happen in the past. Every part of the installation was neat and well thought out. I priced the same generator and installation from several other companies and no one even came close to matching Power Solutions price. They took time to explain how to operate and maintain the generator. I would and already have recommended Power Solutions to several others. I am convinced you can't go wrong using this company.

"I would have to say this comment has sadden me because Ms.Tindell has been a long time customer. Although I know all of my customers, there are some I have become friends with on a personal level. Cat was defiantly one of those. She had us do several generator projects and I always seemed to be very happy. The incident she is referring to had to do with her trading in some equipment and not understanding the value and the deal I was trying to give her. It is defiantly a misunderstanding and very unfortunate. I do not want to loose customers or friendships. As you can see in her review our work was performed correctly, it seems I failed to make her understand the money part and the trade in value. My hope is someday she will understand this and return to us as a valued customer."

Generator would not start. I was told I had a bad trickle charger and that my battery had gone bad. Trickle charger was replaced and I took the battery back to the place where I purchased it and was given a new battery as the old one was still under warranty. Generator is running just fine.
