"We had two chimney caps replaced as well as new logs and ashes for two gas fireplaces. Pat, Ben, and Kyle were friendly and polite. Everything went well and everything was clean when they left. The reason for the "B" grade in responsiveness is because we had to follow-up with them between their first visit for the estimate and the second visit to do the work. The "B" for price is just because it seems high, but we didn't have another estimate to compare to."

"Took a while but solved very difficult gas fireplace problem. Fireplace hasnâ t worked well for years with either wood or gas.. Casteel called inj ust last year. They changed things as needed until today gas log system working very well. Final cost seemed very fair to me."

"We had our sump pump burn out during a very bad rainstorm and at nite. Secured blue frog from home advisor online late at nite. They called immediately and said would be out first thing in the morning.Melvin showed up on time and was very thorough. So professional.
