I was in a hurry because I needed to get mold remediation done prior to getting new flooring installed. The area was sub 10 sq ft. I didn?t know any better and hadn?t been through this situation before but was charged $4100. They didn?t even take the full area of the estimate and when I had a third party testing days later the mold was still there.I questioned why they didn?t leave machines or partition things off and they claimed they had partitioned I just wasn?t down there when they did and that they don?t use machines they just spray and fog.
They also wanted to come back out a second time for another $5k plus and take another area of drywall just in case and put everything back together. And the 3rd party testing found it was actually a completely different area that needed taken. I don?t recommend using for mold: I can?t speak to their other services.

What began as a smooth sales experience turned into a nightmare. I hired Pure Home for mold remediation, including insulation and vapor barrier replacement. They laid the new barrier over the old one and left large gaps in insulation. Despite multiple reassurances and return visits, the work remained incomplete. Communication was poor, and I had to constantly follow up. Things escalated when workers, misinformed by management that I refused to pay, got into a violent fight in front of my home. Even after resolving the issue, another fight broke out later, and a worker entered my crawlspace unannounced the next morning. Management was dismissive and blamed me instead of taking responsibility. Stay far away?this company prioritizes signatures over service and creates dangerous, chaotic situations.

They misrepresented the quote and are not honest brokers. I would not refer them to anyone. They came in and told they would pack up my kitchen items. They threw everything in garbage bags. (see below) They did not finish the project. I asked if they were going to finish the paint job and told me that was not part of the quote. I asked specifically and was told it was included. At the end they said they would only match paint. They wanted to paint my kitchen 2 different colors. I had to finish on my own. Do not use! I was disappointed in Pure Home and Angie's list. I thought Angie's vetted their recommendations.

I made a terrible mistake in hiring Pure . I gave them a star because the kitchen look better.When they came I had a light over my sink they replaced it and now it doesn?t work they destroyed the panel and said they would fix it but didn?t. Because the day they wanted to come out We were having my nephew funeral at the house. So they say I miss the 14 day deadline
So now Ian stuck with a cabinet that doesn?t close and the floor is broken. And since I paid for my kitchen shouldn?t they ask me if I want a carousel that doesn?t turn and use my cabinet space for disposal trash bins. We never talked about that. Everyone love the kitchen until they see the flaws. Donot hire them

The job was done correctly and in timely manner. Customer Service was good on followup to ensure I had the assurance I needed on the mold removal project I had them do. My only concern is that I talked to three diferent people and received a different understanding on what was being done and when. Also there was a miss understanding what I needed to have replaced to ensure the mold did not return. I am now trying to get a price on both supply boxes from my HVAC person to compare with Pure. Depending on what the costs will be I will decide whether to have Pure install or my HVAC company.
