"Upstairs master bath toilet was actually grouted into the tile floor. GL would not remove for liability issues. I had to hire an outside contractor to cut the toilet out and move so that GL could snake the system and resolve leakage issue. They did reinstall toilet afterword, but would not warranty because of the way toilet was sitting below Tile grade. Seems the previous owner grouted toilet into the tile and left it like that. Repair was completed satisfactorily. I have used GL many times on my Rental Property. (Hot Water Heater, various leaks, garbage disposal, etc.) I would recommend for General Plumbing work."

"Both inspections were very thorough, professional, and the technicians were very informative. The only issue arose when came to billing with plumbing. Though I had thoroughly explained what I needed and wanted with the office staff, and was quoted a $79 fee I was presented with a $439 bill. When I contested this amount the tech showed me the amount listed on the card they are given for pricing. He then called his supervisor who agreed to the $79 fee. Positive in the end on that one. During the plumbing inspection the tech found an issue with one of the toilets. I inquired about the price for them to install. I was quoted $849. Needless to say, even though this included the supplies, I did not choose to use Ragsdale for this need. Finally, at least one of the staff in the office was neither interested or seemed to care that Ragsdale was listed with bad information on their listing on Angie's list. Nor did she seem interested in answering questions I had about services. If it were not for a subsequent call to Ragsdale and another office staff person I would not have found the awesome techs of Ragsdale. Seems to be a bit of disconnect between office staff and the techs in the field."

Why you would want something a certain over another. He went the extra mile. The Service Manager Mike was also very kind, considerate and very helpful with my questions and concerns. I finally have a sense of peace that my sewage issues have been addressed and my toilet will work properly now after 6 other plumbing companies could not resolve. They were head and shoulders above my previous experiences on this very same issue for the past year and nine months! I am truly grateful to have found them. They certainly deserve the best rating available. I will be happy to refer them and will be using them going forward for all my plumbing needs."
