This is the WORST contractor that we have ever hired: EROLL G. WYNNHe was hired in Dec. 2011 and is STILL in the unoccupied property (August 24, 2012). After paying a total of $88,000 in 5 draws plus an additional $5,000 in additional items such as more hardwood floors and basics like insulation, we have failed all 4 inspections with GROSS errors in Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and Deck.This contractor lies about being insured and licensed. He knows NOTHING other than carpentry yet is extremely braggadocios about "his abilities and the finished product." He keeps the worksite FILTHY, rarely shows up to work (as you can see he's been tied to us for over 8 months), sticks the owner at the last minute with basics such as insulation, does NOT listen to client concerns, has to have everything REDONE over and over and over again because of his laziness and lack of concern (ie. he allowed hardwood floors to be put in directly on a concrete floor that was not level as much s 4-6 inches in some parts-this is after it was pointed out by an employee and us! We had to pay to have the error corrected AND for the hardwoods-the baseboards were sooo crooked as to mask the error-the room looked tilted). Here is a list of errors: crooked hallway wall (3 inches skewed, incorrect wiring of hotwater tank (no pan under it), exposed live wires, poor electrical wiring, missing outlets/receptacles, uneven floors, incorrect plumbing-no shock absorbers, no shut-off valves, disconnects, messed up plumbing under sink, doors that don't fit, windows that don't close, unsafe deck, allowing trucks to pass directly over our septic tank because he's never there (TWICE), unlabeled electrical boxes, our HVAC WORKED before he came in and didn't afterwards an the LIST GOES ON.After failing all of the inspections today, and being taken for an 8th month body-odor stinking ride, we are about to cut our losses, call it quits and fire him. We have been patient due to the fact that he has taken all of our money and we have had no choice since we needed so many things fixed. He had a skilled, humbled assistant working for him for over 2 years and NEVER paid the guy-not once. The guy was from Belize-isn't that a form of modern-day slavery? He is motivated by greed and will smile and take your money in the beginning. Then, he will continue to say that he needs more money and eventually stop showing up. Not sure of what we are going to do to have the site cleaned up to pass inspection. He is unprofessional, arrogant, a compulsive liar, defensive, unaccountable, needs constant supervision and lazy. He even had the nerve to debate with one of the state inspectors.We plan on taking him to small claims court in Fulton County. There are more victims. He has been tied into one lady's property for over 6 years. He preys on single women who do not have someone to back them and thinks that his clients are "stupid." We are military and my husband was about to get deployed. He simply DOES NOT CARE. He even told a subcontractor who asked about the timeline "There is no timeline, it will get finished when it gets finished."

I wasn't home, but my daughter said things went smoothly. They came when they said they would, did the job quickly, and left.

We needed new fronts for kitchen/bathroom cabinets and he matched them perfectly.

Erroll Wynn, the general contractor, work was excellent. I couldn't be more pleased. I had the work done in phases and he went through great lengths to accommodate my schedule. The custom bar he made is a work of art. He made numerous suggestions on improving the various projects that were right on the money with very little increase in cost. He and his employees were always punctual and worked additional hours to meet the deadlines we agreed upon. Overall the experience was better than I could have hoped for.

On some of the projects it took a little longer than I expected. He might get another job, and he ll go and come back. He had a key to my house while I was in the hospital. He contacted me everyday; he came to hospital with paint samples. His prices were right in the ballpark. He was very clean and neat. They went with me to pick out my appliances and ceramic tiles for kitchen floor.
