Both front porch and rear deck were completely demolished and rebuilt. There was such an amazing amount of upgrades compared to the original structures. They were more than I ask for. I did a VA refi, and the huge Double Deck in the back needed replacing. They did not insist on a deposit, and was understanding of my situation. They were Vet friendly, gave me a veteran discount without me expecting it, because I had agreed to the price already. The workers were very professional and conscientious. Having worked in the field some as a young man, I knew a little about it . They were good, very efficient and they knew what they were doing.They focus on strength and safety, how they lock the Conors. They hand pick their material and completed the job as promised. They removed all old material, cleaned the area, and waited a few weeks to be paid because of a mix-up. Everyone who sees the Deck says how nice it looks. The VA appraiser, who had to inspect the construction, asked me for their contact information, for his home. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend them. Me and my wife couldn't have asked for a better company to complete our screened porch. This group of guys were absolutely fantastic they keep our property cleaned while they worked. The owner was very easy to deal with as we made changes during the project and he didn't bat an eye he just took care of it. They were very efficent and got the job done sooner than we expected without cutting any corners. I would recommend this company to anyone who has a project that needs to be done I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.

This company was so professional and their employees was very competent in their work. I was replacing a cover over my deck that was done by another company just a year ago that was horrible. They came in here and totally demolished the other companies work and started over. They went over and beyond my expectations. They are honest and care about their customer service. He got upset to me and said that he will not work for me anymore call me some names. His attitude and lack of concern of what he is doing and was never on site to ensure they were doing the job. I Am Filing a Ruling to get my money back Very disrespectful. I had paid him more than enough to do the job he and he owes my money back .

If you see a sign for American Restoration...DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THEM! I have truly tried to be considerate, but no more! They left a live wire hanging from above my kitchen sink( I have installed a light since),left numerous face plates off my receptacles/ light switches, thinned the paint down so much that I could touch the wall and have basically chalk on my finger. My new bathroom door will not shut/ bedroom door is doing the same. They didn't level the transition floor to the new room. Left scratches on my new cabinets when they installed the hardware, broke the ladder for the attic access, and the list goes on and on. I wouldn't let them build me a dog house! Not to mention how Roy Christian bragged to me about an upcoming job when he wasn't even done with mine. I was told repeatedly that they don't leave a job till it's done! I am here to tell you...WRONG!

They did a bad job, They painted. That was okay as far as my painting from one to ten I would give them a four. When you would say that they miss they would look like mad or aggravated everything was splattered they have a I don't care attitude. He put a lot of dirt all over my couch and it felt like a pure aggravation because I questioned them I pick up the trash on the ground outside I would not use them again , I would not let them build a dog house for me and would not want them back.

I hired American Restoration to complete some renovation work which included gutting out an entire apartment and renovating it back to a living condition. The results I received was absolutely superb!!! After seeing how great my aparment turned out and how quickly and knowledgeable this company was I decided to rehire this team to do an interior and exterior painting job. Once again, they knocked it out in no time and got the job done! They also provided me with some wonderful recommendations as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a loyal, affordable, and hardworking team. These guys do it all and get it done the professional way.

Owner Roy Jr. sells” the job And is not seen again. Of three workers that were sent to the job site, 1 actually did anything. Incredible waste of labor. Drywall work was lousy, which is the foundation for everything else. Very well. The father was the best. He worked so hard to get job done. Very respectful. If I saw something that wasn’t done, he did it right away. I would hire them again

It was great, it took them 4 days to finish painting, the owner answered the calls, they were very nice and knowledgeable with the job and I was very happy with the experience.
