His subcontractors to do the tiling and excavation did perfect work done expeditiously. They were no nonsense but very friendly and were frankly, a joy to have around the house. "I paid Mr Charlie Hippie of Cardinal Construction & Roofing INC $9000.00 on August 26th 2021. He promised to start work in 2 weeks. Which was supposed to be on September 9 2021. He never did. I called him every week for 4 weeks and all he kept doing was giving me excuses upon excuses. He was supposed to finish my basement for my sick mother in Law to use as treatment. I am still trying to reach him as I write this review but he has refused to pick his phone call or respond to my messages."

But, even more impressive, he looked at a completely rotted out garden bench that I absolutely loved and was able to totally duplicate it, incorporating the antique wrought iron that was in the original. What an amazing carpenter and overall handyman!!!! We are very impressed with his work and great attitude and look forward to working with him in future home improvement jobs. Thank you!!!!!"
