He did an absolutely great job! Jeremy was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was checked and taken care of, and he even took the time to show me how to properly change the filters myself. I really appreciated how patient he was and how willing he was to answer my questions and explain everything. It’s always nice to have someone come out who genuinely takes pride in their work and makes sure the customer understands what’s going on. The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system. Fast service, pleasant and knowledgeable personnel."
