"Thank you Chris for your review. I apologize for the mix up regarding the meter install. Sometimes, when the service feed to the meter will not reach the top lugs (as was the case at your house), the electric company is OK with using the bottom lugs. That is why we installed the service wire to the disconnects the way we did (to try to make it easier for the power company). Although, this is not a common occurrence, the electricians on your job have seen this done more than once. I do apologize for your inconvenience, and the additional night away from home. We look forward working with you again and will always strive to provide the quality and service our that you and all of our clients expect, no matter what size the job is. We replace panels and meters frequently, as well as provide new construction installs."
