"HVAC System Replacement & UV Purifier Install We recently had Justin and Daniel back to remove the mini splits from our bedroom and upstairs. This was no easy task—it took more time than expected due to the complexity of the original install. But their attention to detail and commitment to doing things right made all the difference. The new system is performing beautifully. Our second story is noticeably cooler, and the bedroom area is far more comfortable. Daniel went above and beyond to ensure the ductwork was placed optimally, even making adjustments that most installers wouldn’t bother with. That level of care really stood out. They also returned to install UV air purifiers in both systems, which speaks volumes about their follow-through and professionalism. We’re extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for quality HVAC work done with integrity. Thanks again, Justin and Daniel—your hard work and craftsmanship are truly appreciate"

"Trevor has been an amazing contractor who has helped us through the process of installing a large interior door for an office. He has helped ensure the space was properly prepared for installation of the door. The other contractors who have assisted Trevor have also exceeded my expectations. They have been extremely detail oriented and have done everything to ensure the best outcome. I would definitely work with Trevor for any future projects."

hello! we are a young 23 year old couple and we have recently started our own house cleaning business. We have a lot of experience since my girlfriends mom has been cleaning houses for the past 15 years and she has helped her since she was younger. I have also been helping them for the past 2-3 years. We are hoping to get some more clients and be successful! We are also willing to do different tasks, just ask!

Heating and Air Conditioning questions, answered by experts

Yes. Return air vents are responsible for gathering and pulling in the warmer air. Once they draw it in, your system conditions the air by removing the warmer molecules from it, allowing your air conditioner to dispense the cooler air back into your home. Not only does this create a more comfortable environment for you, but it also keeps your air conditioner from overworking, resulting in lower energy bills.

Dry mode positively impacts indoor air quality by reducing excess moisture, which stops the growth of mold and mildew. By maintaining optimal humidity levels, dry mode creates a less hospitable environment for allergens and airborne pathogens, improving overall air quality. However, it's essential to ensure proper ventilation to prevent stale air accumulation.

A dirty air conditioning coil can cause your unit to work overtime, leading to reduced efficiency, higher energy use, more wear and tear, and possible ice buildup. If the coils corrode, refrigerant can leak, causing damage, possible mold growth, and an expensive repair bill. By cleaning your AC coils once a year, you’ll have a more efficient unit that’s likely to last longer.

Yes, mini split systems cool equally as well as central air. While a central system circulates air throughout the entire home at the same temperature, a mini split system allows each room to be cooled or heated at different temperatures based on your own preferences. Hire a HVAC professional to determine which type of system is best for your home.

The best way to compare HVAC quotes is getting a few detailed quotes from local companies with good reputations. Then, go over the quotes line by line. Protect yourself by insisting on in-person estimates that include equipment manufacturer names, model numbers, SEER ratings, amounts and numbers of materials, details of warranties on equipment and labor, and other specifics.

Knowing the exact equipment and materials is the only way that you can fairly compare quotes. Quotes that are much lower than others can be a sign that the company isn’t providing the best quality service or materials.
