I would like to think Bethany and Jeremy for giving me the peace of mind I needed to make the right decision. We were being pressured by **. The high pressure tactics were literally coming so fast I was starting to panic. The last straw was when ** offered a deal, compared to what the regular price was going to be if I would cancel all my other quotes. I panicked called Bethany who was extremely sweet and got her husband on the phone with me ASAP. To assure me they could beat the price and service including duct cleaning,. It gave me the confidence to go back in and tell ** that we are canceling our order and we are going with someone else. Within a few days we had our system installed with Dylan and Jeremy R. Really nice guys great sense of humor. Took great care of us. Answered every silly question I had for them. And gave me some great advice. System works like a charm, and they beat the hell out of the price ** gave me.. All in all I cannot recommend this family enough. Thank you so much Bethany and Jeremy.! love you to pieces!ð

I hired Top Quality to remedy a specific problem I was having that was causing me serious health issues. Although my home is only 3 yrs old I started having breathing issues that was affecting my health. Jeremyâ s crew came out and took care of the obvious problem but upon more research he determined there were other areas in my air system that may cause further issues. The problem was getting to these areas . He told me he was not a miracle worker but he would do his best to solve this issue. All I can say is he and his crew are miracle workers! They took care of a very complex problem that went above and beyond the normal scope of HVAC service. Thank you Jeremy and crew for taking care of this problem! I highly recommend this company! They went above and beyond what I was expecting!

Excellent company! They replaced our AC and furnace, and installed new dampers in our Zone system. We would not think of using anyone else. Very hot days, upstairs a/c went out. Called Top Quality in the evening and they came out the very next morning. Since they asked me what the symptoms were over the phone, they already had an idea what the issue was. After checking the unit in the attic, they proceeded right to the problem on the outside. They identified a bad part, had the replacement part on the truck and were able to replace it then and there. As I watched, the technician was quick, clean and very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for Top Quality Service and repair. You guys are the Best!
