We had all of our duct work replaced, a mini-split system added to our bonus room, and several vents and returns added throughout the main level of our house to even out the airflow from the system. The team that came out was very professional and efficient. They did a great job and provided updates throughout the job. We would definitely use them again in the future!

Annual maintenance

Fraudulent practices! Two times! I purchased an A/C unit from them approx 5 years ago. Within first year they told me they were no longer providing service for our area. One year ago they practically begged me to allow them to provide service again. I purchased a service warranty that prepaid for certain service checkups etc. They scheduled our first prepaid service for Monday of this week. They sent me a text Monday morning to cancel. When I called back today to reschedule my prepaid service, they told me again they no longer provide service in my area. How infuriating and unprofessional! They took my monin advance and now deny service. Might have to take this further. This is unacceptable.

Byron was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to, which made the whole process much more enjoyable. I highly recommend him for any HVAC needs you may have.

We couldn't recommend Service 1st Pros anymore if we tried. We've never dealt with a company that was this top notch when it came to professionalism. We had been having an issue with our heat, called at 8am, Byron was at our house by 10:30 to diagnose our issue. After realizing that we needed a new furnace he was able to have two technicians, Jerry and Matt, dispatched to our house. They arrived and completed what we were told to be a 6 hour job in exactly 1.5 hours. If that doesn't speak volumes to the level of service you can expect from Service 1st, then I don't know what will. Thank you again to Byron, Matt and Jerry for getting our house warm again! Also, should be mentioned that this was day before Thanksgiving...and they were open AND able to take care of us! Thank you again Service 1st for being the bench mark for all other HVAC companies out there!!!

Words are not enough to describe this company!!! They truly embody the American spirit: Pride in work, respect, knowledgeable, quality product!!! I am so glad we moved back into their service area!! We had forgotten what it was like to have a company and their employees to go above "just doing their job". If you are the lucky few who live in their service area, ask for Mr. B. Davis!! He was polite, professional, proactive!! Got to give a shout out to the workhorses of the company...the techs (John and his trio of men) who came out and replaced our unit....you gentlemen are nothing but polite, professional, and purposeful in getting the job done! You guys do not mess around!! We, cannot recommened this company enough. Had them in Clarke County and now in Stephens....Amazing Yall!!!

Isaiah came out and did the inspection in a very professional manner describing all the parts and problems. A job that was supposed to take two days was done very professionally in four and a half hours. The other gentleman showed up within an hour and completed the work. Iâ m very pleased with my system and the cleanup. Thanks to all the men who acted very professional while on my property thatâ s important to me.
