Great, technician (Sheree) was on time and professional in every respect. Did her job with enthusiasm and a pleasant personality. When finished, the HVAC was totally cleaned up and and ready for another winter. I have found Munn's to be a great outfit to deal with over the last 10 years. Can't go wrong with them.. My service provides for Spring and Fall service calls/inspections and (reasonable) price includes both.

Very happy with the service. They send an email with the technician's picture and their arrival time on the day of the appointment. They arrived a couple of minutes before the scheduled arrival time, didn't try and upsell products and services, and completed the service quickly.

I have Munn's perform a preventative maintenance checkup of my heating and air conditioning systems every six months before the beginning of each season. Their customer service reps in the office are knowledgeable and flexible when it comes to setting up appointments, The technicians are uniformed and have good trucks and equipment. Two inspections plus two filter changes is about $240; cheap insurance against an HVAC failure.. I highly recommend Munn's.

Chris arrived promptly and put on shoe covers before entering my home. He promptly got to work and diagnosed the problem. After my approval he quickly had the repair done. I have used Munn's before and was also very satisfied. They are loyal to their customers which is very hard to find in these days. GREAT JOB CHRIS12

Installation was done on time and was done very professionally. Everything about the installation exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend the company for your A/C-Heat pump service and/or replacement. Price included the system as well as new exterior wiring, circuit breaker, surge protection, bolting down the unit to prevent movement by hurricanes, duct cleaning, replacement of all freon and drain lines as well as rebuilding part of the duct work for the interior part of the system. 10 year complete warranty including parts and labor was also included in the contract.
