  I could not be more thrilled with the entire project. From the instant that the rep. first met with me, I could tell that this company was "the one". Alan, the estimator was at the location before I arrived, and had already mapped out a plan. We briefly discussed a couple of special requests, which were fully accomodated. The estimate was more than fair. The workers arrived before the stated time, each day, and were extrememly courteous and diligent. The work was finished on time,and the workers cleaned up every last bit of scrap. It so far exceeded our expectations. I cannot hardly express my joy!!!! WOW is the closest descriptive word I can come up with. Would use them again, or recommend to anyone I know, in a heartbeatshow more

  Final result is as expected, for the price expected, so overall grade is an A. Pre-sale communication was very good, but once the contract was signed communication fell off a cliff for a bit. We eventually got on the schedule, and the crew arrived as promised. Roof turned out well, but initial siding attempt by roofers was just awful -- crooked gap varying between 2 and 4 inches from the roof along the base. I managed to stop the roofers before they attached a new base board to hide the horrid gap. Contacted project manager, and they farmed the siding part of the job out. Second attempt turned out much better. Gutters, subbed out to Seamless Gutters, turned out quite wellshow more

From the very first meeting with Brian Hoover, I was impressed with his knowledge, his professionalism, and his guidance on how best to remodel my house. The team of skilled workers were polite, professional, and thorough in their work. I was so very pleased with the whole experience. But here's another accolade for Creative Remodeling: After the siding was completed, I had the house painted by an excellent painter who has worked for me for years. When I wrote him the check for the painting, he said, "Lezlie, just want you to know that the company who did your siding is first rate.   The front of our home is frame construction, the sides and rear are concrete block. A 2 man crew showed up every day and worked a full day. Area was cleaned every evening. New Plywood and house "wrap" were installed covering the entire project before new siding was added. It is not a stretch to call these guys Craftsmen. The result is an excellent installation, makes the house look new. Total of 5 days to complete project. No complaintsshow more

  Mark McGrath, the owner, came to my home and walk around the house and explained everything they do. He then provided an estimate just a few days later. The estimate was on the high side in the event plywood would need to be purchased as a backer. This was not necessary and the price was reduced. Everything that was explained was done to the letter.   I highly recommend Creative Remodeling of Orlando (CRO). They were my second quote for window and sliding-glass-door replacements, from two Angie?s List companies. I liked my encounter and bid from the first company, however, decided to go with CRO due to a lower price (for like-quality materials) which allowed me to increase the number of windows replaced, and because CRO also installed siding and windows for two of my friends who highly recommended the company. From our first meeting to review my needs, Mark McGrath was very calming and continued to be easily contactable and made time to help me with my decisions (which morphed a few times). Once I?d nailed my decisions and the order was placed for the windows to be constructed, the wait time was short even though we were smack dab in the Thanksgiving holiday period. As soon as the windows were received at CRO, Mark scheduled the install. CRO?s staff was very competent, efficient, neat, paid attention to detail, friendly, and courteous. The window-sealing the framing look very nice. One of the workers even helped me by repairing one of my un-replaced screen doors. Mark took care of permits and inspections. After the work was completed, he made a special visit to provide filled-in paperwork to send to Duke Energy for energy credits and clarified what needed to be mailed off to register for the window warranty. What a delight to have the new energy-efficient south-facing windows so we can sit at our normal seats at the table without squinting or feeling like we?re being magnifying-glass-burned AND no more wrapping paper taped to the windowsshow more

  The project took about 3 weeks to complete and the crew was excellent. They started early every day and left the yard clean and all materials neatly stacked each day before they left. The house looks brand new! It is much quieter inside and the insulation factor is so much better than before.
