We hired Bill Bowers A/C and Heating to revamp our â tiredâ 23 year old A/C and Heat Pump and to vacuum and clean all of our duct work. When we needed an estimate, Dennis (the owner) took time out on his own day off to come out and inspect our existing system. Dennis did a thorough job of inspecting everything that was needed so that he could provide as accurate of an estimate as possible. He was up in our attic several times (even fixed some duct work that needed attention; at no cost), spent a great deal of time in our mechanical closet and inspected the main returns, duct work and vents inside our home. All in all, Dennis probably spent 90+ minutes evaluating and gathering all the info he needed for the estimate while taking the additional time to thoroughly answer all the questions I had.
