Very prompt. I needed no Freon .he cleaned the coils .and used a tablet all for 150.00 only took 20 minutes and was charged a service call on top of that very pricey good work though.

I wasn't home during the process. Semir and his assistant were able to get on top of my 5th Wheel and handle the issue of a burnt out capacitor and show my wife and send me pics. They took our payment and everything was absolutely smooth.

Samir, was good at his trade, was prompt, I only suggest that you stick with him to remind him to clean the area before he leaves. I also recommend that he reviews with you the operation of the equipment that he installed, and leaves a manuel for you to review.

The repairmean was honest and replaced a double-capacitor that had failed. A different company had falsely claimed everything was burned up in the unit and we needed a completely new system inside and out for thousands of dollars.
