PARKERSON'S HEATING AND A/C

I called Don Parkerson of Parkerson's Heating & Air Inc on a Tuesday, to address an issue with our HVAC – it was not effective in heating our home during the colder days. I selected Don, based on his exceptional reviews in Angie's List. Don came to our house the same day to look at the issue. And he gave us two possible options to resolve it. After calling his suppliers, the very next day (Wednesday) he sent us the proposal with the cost estimates. We found it to be reasonable and approved it. Then on Friday Don came with his assistant and resolved the issue in about two and half hours. We were greatly impressed by Don’s promptness and efficiency in resolving our issue. We are very happy & satisfied with the service we received. We found Don to be honest & sincere. And he is very experienced in resolving HVAC issues. His attention to detail is very commendable. You will not be disappointed by using Parkerson’s Heating and Air!

Excellent service. I highly recommend Donald Parkerson and his team. They were punctual and helped solve a problem nobody else wanted to help with.  I had a vent attached to my stove hood that wasn't connected to the roof vent. I couldn't get anyone else to work on this because it was either "too small of a job" or "not something they do". Another contractor suggested I call Donald. He came out with two of his employees and fixed the problem. This wasn't an easy job because the vent was in a very difficult area to reach behind some water pipes and the AC vent.  After they figured out how to access it, fixed the problem and then said  "thank you and have a nice day". When I asked how to pay them Donald said "No charge. Just call me when you need other work".

Donald was very timely, professional and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He also responded extremely quickly even though he had never worked with me before. At every step of the way, he showed me where the issues where and what needed repairing and why. He was very knowledgable and thorough. I will certainly use him again and have booked him already for my rental townhouse to perform some work.
