Workers notified me right away and quickly repaired areas as needed. Roof finished in less than a week. Soffit completed early the next week (shipping delay by manufacturer). Michael Lane has been out to my house several times to measure and answer all of my questions.     However, since the work has not yet been done, Ii really can't "finish" this story at this time.     I feel confident that he will do a good job and that I'll be pleased, but the jury is still out at this time.

The job was completed in June of 2013, and I was absolutely DELIGHTED!    All of the new windows and doors are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!     Plus, the resulting noise reduction in my house is unbelievable.

I had a few minor issues, but Michael took care of them to my complete satisfaction.   

In the highly unlikely case that I'd buy another house that needed windows and doors, I would absolutely hire him again and, if I happen to learn of anyone looking for these services, I would recommend him "hands down" above anyone else.   He is a really good guy -  very honest, trustworthy, and reliable.

"The work was done was fine.  They put new tiles and new faucets, one of the pipes was broken during the process.  The next door apartment was flooded with water.   They did not return my calls and it took three weeks to fix the issue.  They did not answer the calls right away they did not seem to care that they were putting out the apartment where it was leaking.  When I called the office, the staff was not very professional.   It took a long time to finish the process it was supposed to be done at a much earlier time.  In the meantime there was leakage going on.  They did not take care of this."
