Maintenance Rescue is a company built on integrity, hard work, education, and ambition. This company strives to go above and beyond with all of their many expertise offered to their large clientele base. Maintenance Rescue's founders Timothy and Ryan met years ago and became great friends in the heart of Riverview FL. with similar passions and interests in the home renovation and market industry. Ryan went on to become a licensed Real Estate agent, AND Certified Residential Contractor as well as a critical employee at his past employment with a nationwide home repair company where Timothy also began employment. Prior to his employment there Timothy acquired multiple carpentry and plumbing jobs that expanded his skill set and knowledge even further, also gaining his Certified Residential Contractor license. Together they took on a multi-billion dollar hedge fund company and made it flourish like never before. After gaining much experience in home management, renovations, repairs, and marketing these two went on to pursue investments into creating their own productions. After successful investments Timothy and Ryan pursued further and started their own company Aquatic Rescue. This company focused on all aquatic needs as far pond and lake maintenance for commercial and residential areas. Eventually this company evolved and grew into what is now Maintenance Rescue. Timothy and Ryan have excelled into making what is now a successful well known reputable business. They specialize in most if not all of your home needs and offer services such as cabinetry, tile work, interior and exterior painting, custom woodwork, and many other highly requested home services. I phoned the company at approx. 7.15 pm on Tuesday evening last week expecting to leave a message for a return calls the next day; Tim answered the phone while he was out running! He asked if he could call me back within the hour and trues to his word he did. My wife and I are selling our house (under contract) and the only item from the appraisal that needed addressing was to replace the back service door and frame in our garage. We knew we need to get this done ASAP to avoid possible delays in the closing date. Initially Tim explained on his return call that he probably could not fit us into his schedule for a couple of months, so back to Angie's list we went looking for someone else. But, within half an hour of his call Tim phoned me back to say that he had managed to juggle a few things and could fix our door in a couple of days. Tim & Ryan arrived on Friday morning and took care of the job at hand; they were punctual, professional, courteous and extremely thorough in their work and also left the area of my garage cleaner than it was when they arrived to do the work. The finished product looks outstanding. I cannot express our gratitude strongly enough to Tim, Ryan and Maintenance Rescue LLC for digging us out of what could have developed into a very long wait in a very big hole! These guys are awesome and I have already consulted them for doing some work in our new house.

I was happy with them, but guess they weren't happy with me (or my location) because I tried multiple times to book them for another 4 man-hours at their full $85/hour rate per man, and they never had their booking ap with them, or had some other excuse. So yeah, they did great work and I would LIKE to hire them again, but I can only do so much begging....

I have used them 3-4 times. The first time they where great, punctual and efficient. Second time also. I was so impressed that I had shared with anyone and everyone I spoke to what a wonderful "handyman". Then I hired them to do tile work for 550 square feet. He stated it would take 2 days. He was supposed to start on Monday, I get a call Monday that he would have to start Tuesday. On Wednesday he tells me that he is not done but he leaves on vacation Thursday thru Tuesday but someone else will finish the job by Friday. Which I am supposed to have renters move in on Friday. No one shows up, I call and text dozen of times between Thursday and Tuesday and no response. Finally Tuesday he tells me that he was really sorry. Deeply apologizes. He was out of reach. So he comes Wednesday and still does not finish the job but promises that he would have done by "tomorrow". Next day no show and a call at 3 p.m. stating he could not make it he would be there Friday. This 11 days into a 2 day job. He did do a "good" job. Except when tenants move in the toilet is leaking badly, the toilet he reinstalled after tiling the bathroom. So I contact him on Saturday and he says he will come out and check it out. I ask him when.. No answer. I contact him again on Sunday and ask when he is going to check this out. He tells me Wednesday when he was going to come out and do some more work for me. At that point I fired him/them and want nothing more to do with them. Now I have to pay someone else to correct his mistake. Very unreliable.

The owner Tim came with another worker and they were punctual and professional. They took about an hour and I inspected after I was told the job was done. I was told it needed to dry and that they were able to clean the tile really well and add some grout. I would love comments from others on how you think the job turned out, as I am not sure what I should have expected, but this is not it. I understand the cost is low, but that is why I went with Angie's recommendation and I also thought that was the point. Usually deals are percentages off of the original cost, therefore it doesn't say what the discount is, but I assumed it was up to 50% off the original cost for this type of work, therefore I do not believe this job in any way is worth over $200 and actually not even the $119 I paid. I'm including before and after pictures. The first 5 (2126-2129) photos are prior to the restoration and the other 5 (2138-2144) are after the restoration. Please let me know what you think. Thanks

"Good Afternoon [Member Name Removed], I wanted to touch base with you to sincerely apologies about the end results in your caulk and grout restoration and your experience with this deal purchase. When we arrived we new we had a job ahead of us. Just wanted to let you know exactly what we did. First we acid washed and scrubbed every inch of the shower tiles and grout, removing soap and scum build up on the walls, then added grout where it was needed. After our completion we were satisfied with the end results, as where you. Before we left we had a conversation in regards to if you were not satisfied when the shower had finally dried, that you should call us back and we would return to correct the unsatisfactory work. I really wish you would had at-least given me a call. Because now we have received our very 1rst bad grade. Which in turn can really hurt a business. Angies List member depend on good reviews to hire good quality contractors. And if the contractor isn't given a fair chance to redeem him or herself, that said person or company will suffer, from something that could have been prevented. So with that being said , it would be my pleasure to make you a happy customer of ours. Please let me know if this can be fixed. And if so we can get this rescheduled and fixed to your satisfaction. They did an excellent job making numerous repairs on a number of tricky items around my house. Tim was very friendly and worked quickly to take care of the repairs we asked him to take care of.

Ryan was great. First spoke to Tim and he said he could have Ryan come over and give me an estimate and that he could probably start working on my list. I can not say enough good things about these guys. I have had terrible experience with other handymen/companies. They never show up or they never show up to do the work or their prices are ridiculous. They showed, they showed up on time. They went beyond just giving me an reasonable estimate. He started doing the work. He went thru most of my list items in less then 4 hours. Came back the next day as scheduled with the parts needed and completed the job in less than additional 2 hours. I will use them for all my future items.

Tim answered my call, immediately called my tenant to schedule and came to the house the next day. He called to let me know that the garbage disposal was leaking, gave me a quote and was able to replace the unit that day. My tenant was very pleased with work. He texted me after to let me know it was done. I will definitely hire him again.

They done an excellent job. I needed my home done ASAP so they worked 7 days a week to complete the renovations. They also clean up daily upon finishing their work. I have a job for them now. Didn't have a second thought about making only one call.
