They checked every water outlet (sinks, showers, toilets and pool) to make sure that the leak wasn’t anywhere else. In minimal time they were able to locate the source of our leak and stop it, after another company could not. Equal Rooter is reliable and honest. "Even though it meant that he would be paid over a thousand dollar less money he came up with an atypical solution to our problem. Unfortunately, after consulting with an electrician, our house did not have the capacity to run his out of the box solution to our problem. "Extremely well. Quickly needed a plumber to remove a washing machine hose, due to an incompetent Lowes installer who never attempted to do the job, but told me to call a plumber. Called WEP on a Saturday morning and a plumber, Gary, arrived within the hour. Gary was professional & competent and completed the job, that the Lowes installer failed to do, within 5 mins!!!!! Had the Lowes person done his job, my call for a plumber would have been unnecessary; I would have saved money & time; and I would have avoided an extremely stressful situation. However, Gary who had compassion for me, a single elderly lady taken advantage of by the Lowes person, called/advised the WEP owner, Adam, of the situation. As a result, Adam took further compassion on me and gave me a discount on the originally quoted price. I'm retired/on a fixed income and greatly appreciated all that Adam & Gary did for me. "Great service. Arrived on time both days with great communication prior to appointment as to what the approximate price would be. House was kept clean at all times and I was kept informed at every step. Even came back the next day to allow me to patch and paint ready to install smaller sink. Did find that ceiling below is dry and found some potential sources of leak. Advice given as to next steps and what to look for and what possible work would need to be done depending on circumstances if became wet again onve bathroom being used again. Will definitely call and use again without hesitation!"

"The first tankless water heater that was installed was not good. They sent a master plumber who did a new installation. It was fantastic, he was very quick it only took him 90 minutes to redo it. "We are new to south Florida - so I had gotten several estimates - and - Mark was located fairly close to us - but - he not only had the best price, he also had the best reviews - so I went with him and I'm really glad I did.  He took out the old sink (very carefully) because it was glued & screwed to the granite counter top from underneath and there were concerns it might crack the granite (there was a seam close to the edge of the sink). Mark was very thorough - he got the old one out and the new one in without any issues - and - did I mention he was working in a VERY tight space in the process. He was also great about NOT making a huge mess in the kitchen - and - he cleaned everything up when he was finished. I highly recommend Mark - he was very professional - and I will definitely be using him again if/when I need a plumber in the future !!!

"They were great. They came last Monday and I was very pleased. I am having another kitchen done at my house very shortly and I'm going to use him. They called me back every time I called. He met me when we had an appointed time. He said the cabinets would be in and they came in. He was just so professional and it was a big difference. I am waiting for him to finish the granite. I had ordered the granite yesterday, paid it the day before yesterday, and he will install it when it comes in. He did the lights and everything. They are very efficient."
