"Our old washing machine finally died, so in preparation for the installation of the new one, we turned off the laundry hook-ups, and (wouldn't you know it?) the cold water hook-up started to leak. Immediately, I looked to Angie's List. Florida Plumbing Solutions (John Mendez) was at the top of my list to call, because of the wonderful reviews. First thing Monday morning, I called, and John answered. I described the problem, and he said he could make it by within the hour. He arrived, assessed the situation, and quickly got to work. Only the cold water faucet was leaking, but he said (logically) that it made sense to replace them both. The entire job was done within 30 minutes. And the new hookups are much more efficient and effective than the old ones. He was professional, knowledgeable, no-nonsense, and very nice. Best of all, I now know an excellent plumber when we experience future issues."

"In 2013 They installed a new water heater in my house. Unfortunately last Saturday we could not get hot water anywhere in the house. We called them since they have a 24 hour service but their hourly rate is about 150% more than regular so we decided to wait, and made an appointment for their next available regular day which was just two business days later. We spent the whole 4th of July long weekend without hot water but in the Florida heat that was not a huge problem this time of the year. They showed up at the promised time. Actually it was a He. His name is Andrew. He inspected the unit and he told me what the problem was. He honored the warranty part that covered the unit and explained the why for the other charges to which I agreed. He went to work and replaced several parts explaining everything. Clean, fast and efficient. We have hot water again. "We are new to south Florida - so I had gotten several estimates - and - Mark was located fairly close to us - but - he not only had the best price, he also had the best reviews - so I went with him and I'm really glad I did.  He took out the old sink (very carefully) because it was glued & screwed to the granite counter top from underneath and there were concerns it might crack the granite (there was a seam close to the edge of the sink). Mark was very thorough - he got the old one out and the new one in without any issues - and - did I mention he was working in a VERY tight space in the process. He was also great about NOT making a huge mess in the kitchen - and - he cleaned everything up when he was finished. I highly recommend Mark - he was very professional - and I will definitely be using him again if/when I need a plumber in the future !!!

"Spoke with Andre late Thursday afternoon. He quoted a price (several hundred dollars lower than other quotes) and scheduled me for the next morning. The representative, Dobrica, arrived early for the appointment. He checked the location to confirm adequate space for the new unit which was larger than the old unit and recommended a new shut off valve (the old unit was from 1994). He was very professional and his installation was top notch. It required major re-plumbing which he accomplished quickly. What amazed me the most is that the job was completed at the quoted price plus the cost of the optional shut off valve. I honestly expected some sort of additional cost to be added because some unexpected problems would pop up. But, NO, the quote was honored, and no attempt was made to get me to buy any additional parts. Having lived in South Florida since 1981, I've come to expect some sort of up-charge. Great to find an honest business!"

"Joe was very friendly, punctual,very knowledgeable of his work and takes his finished results very seriously. He was there every workday until finished. He explained all details from the beginning very well. 
Demolished bathroom. Removed all 4x4 tile walls to the studs up to 4 ft high. Kept original walls and ceiling above 4ft. removed bathtub and bath area walls and fixtures. Had to replace rotted shower trap at additional cost. Re-piped water to convert to shower.
Constructed shower walls with Durarock, Constructed shower curb and installed shower pan, poured shower floor. Tiled shower walls, floor and bath area floor. installed green board lower half of walls, textured it to contrast the smooth upper wall. Stained and installed a decorative molding along wall to transition smooth to textured wall. Replace rotted toilet flange and installed toilet. Installed new valves and piping for sink. Installed new vanity and sink. Installed lighting and medicine cabinet. Painted all wall areas.
My bathroom is now the best looking room in the house. My experience was very good. Wish I could include photo.
