This was my second repair with Stirrup Plumbing. I would highly recommend Mr. Stirrup for professional expertise (knowing how to diagnose and treat the problem), for only recommending what I really needed, and not pushing any extras; for taking the time to explain to me what I needed and why. Also, payment by zelle was fast and easy, and my observation is that Mr. Stirrup has good business sense along with being a very good plumber. I highly recommend him.

He was great. He was prompt and professional.

We used Mark twice now, the first time was for water leaking in the bathroom, and the second time for a busted pipe outside. I called Mark at 1700, after I busted a pipe while gardening. He was very helpful on the phone and, even though he had a full day, he came to our house by 1900 and even though it was dark he managed to fix the problem. He had all the equipment he needed in his truck and made my terrible day seem not so bad. He also charged me far less than all the other plumbers I called that day and he honored the Angie's list coupon on top of it. I will use his company in the future and I fully endorse his services. Extremely professional!

He did a pronominal job.  Nobody else wanted to touch it because they were afraid, it was in a really tight spot and they were going to crack the granite.  But he tackled it and did a great job.  Very thorough.  They are local.  I like to use the local guys for business.  He was great.  He was on time, he was very communicative.  He was neat and clean.  He was very professional.

I had been experiencing a water hammer issue in both my toilets (whenever I flushed there would be a loud rattling sound a few seconds later).  I wasn't sure if a water arrestor was needed or whether I had to change my fill valves or ....   Whilst I had seen some youtube videos on how to do it, it wasn't something I had done and was recovering from trigger fingers (I wasn't suppose to stress my hand tendons).  Having read some reviews I noticed that Marc had install a water arrestor I sought him out.
He doesn't really response to emails so eventually when I had time I called on Wednesday and he was able to come out the next day to give me an estimate.  He called around 3:30pm to say that he would be there in 40 minutes to an hour.  I told him I would be waiting downstairs next to my car at 4pm.  For some reason he didn't really make it until 6:15pm.  He did call twice once at 5:15 to say he was on I595 heading towards I75.  Fortunately I had a book in the car.  It's possible that since he had only thought it was an estimate he was planning to make this the last job of the day (it would have better to tell me that so I didn't have to take a few hours off work to wait).
He was very efficient though in a hurry and confirmed that it was the fill valves and said he could handle it there and then and had the parts (which was what I was hoping to hear) and was done in 30 minutes.

Our clothes washer drained and backed up into our shower and toilet and wouldn't drain. We called Mark on a Friday evening at 6pm and he was at our house by 8pm. He tried to snake through our shower, but the clog was too far out in the main line. It was raining and dark and he couldn't get on the roof to run the snake so he came back in the morning. He was at our house by 9am and cleared the blockage. He was very nice and prompt. We will call him again in the future!

Mark was early.  He had called and said he was on his way.  It was a very proferssional job.

Mark is very good. He arrived and looked at the problems and immediately went to work.
He is humble and professional, I would recommend him without hesitation.

Fast, efficient, and reasonable cost.  And on a Saturday.  I called in the morning and he came out by 230pm.  Was scheduled to come and 2pm and even called to say he was delayed a little bit on another job.  First rate.  Highest recommendation.

Mark was pleasant, and professional, both on the phone and in person. He  diagnosed the problem, discussed with me how he could fix it, and got right to work.   He was able to fix the problem perfectly. I thought the price of his service was more than reasonable considering his level of expertise and how quickly he responded to my plumbing crisis.  I was extremely pleased with every aspect of the service, and will definitely call him again for any needed plumbing service.  It was a real plus that Mark likes dogs and calmed down my little barking dog.  :0)

The water from our kitchen faucet was trickling rather than flowing. I called the company on a Friday afternoon and spoke to Mark Stirrup. He was courteus & professional.  He made arrangements to come out the next day (yes, on a Saturday) to check out the problem.  He arrived as promised and immediately began to troubleshoot.  He advised us that we needed to replace the faucet and some stop valves.  He recommended that we purchase the faucet and then he would install it and the valves. We made arrangements for him to return after the holiday on Tues, 5/28/2013,  to do the job.  He arrived as agreed and installed the new faucet and valves in approximately 2 hrs.  He worked diligently and cleaned up all debris from the installation. His price seemed fair and included a 10% Angie's List discount.  We would definitely use this company again.

We are new to south Florida - so I had gotten several estimates - and - Mark was located fairly close to us - but - he not only had the best price, he also had the best reviews - so I went with him and I'm really glad I did.  He took out the old sink (very carefully) because it was glued & screwed to the granite counter top from underneath and there were concerns it might crack the granite (there was a seam close to the edge of the sink). Mark was very thorough - he got the old one out and the new one in without any issues - and - did I mention he was working in a VERY tight space in the process. He was also great about NOT making a huge mess in the kitchen - and - he cleaned everything up when he was finished. I highly recommend Mark - he was very professional - and I will definitely be using him again if/when I need a plumber in the future !!!

After realizing I had a clog beyond my p-trap in my kitchen sink. I called Mark and he gave me a rough estimate over the phone and he came out the same day. He gave me an estimate of $140 to snake the main drain from the roof. He showed up when he said he would and gave me a heads up when he was on his way. He fixed my problem and pointed out some issues with my plumbing I need to fix. I live in an older home that needs some updating, I will be calling him again for more projects. Highly recommended! He is good and I have used him before. He knows his stuff. His prices are reasonable. He has not given me a quote for this next job yet. His work is excellent. He very professional.

Called Mark on a Sunday night told him that my toilet and shower were backing up. We made an appointment for the very next day 9:00 am. He told me that my main drain was clogged. Mark got up on the roof unclogged the main drain, then the kitchen sink and bathroom sinks were still backed up. Mark then proceeded to unclog those lines by the end of the day my kitchen sink, bathroom sink and shower were working normal. I think Mark charged a very good price considering all the work that was done. Will definitely use stirrup plumbing for my plumbing needs.

Mark replaced my kitchen faucet and broken garbage disposal.  He did excellent work at a very reasonable price.

 Missed first appointment- said that he called and children answered the phone and said I was not in. My kids are not old enough to answer a phone or have a conversation. Rescheduled once I called. After he left I went to clean the bathroom floor and noticed that the sheet rock was ruined. This was a remodled bathroom so the walls had been replaced. It appears that he attempted to move the top of the pedestal sink and in turn pulled it from the wall. This would have easily been avoided if the caulking line had been removed first. THe leak in the bathroom...I was told that I needed a new sink. The leak was worse when he left then when he arrived. Overall very upset. 

Excellent experience. Effortless. Made a phone call, he answered. Showed up right on time. Did the job and charged a fair price.

I plan on using this service again and recommending Mark Stirrup plumbing to friends.

I called several companies for an estimate and decided to go with Mr. Stirrup.I set up the appointment for 3pm on Monday and he arrived on time. He was very polite and proffessional. He competed the job and hauled away the broken water heater.
