I hired this Plumber by the name of John Breighner on Saturday, May 31 2025. I hired this guy because he has a leak detector. I had water coming from the bottom of the ac cabinet. The previous ac company couldn?t figure out the problem after cleaning the evaporator coil. I had my neighbor shut off the water from the main & the water stopped running. John said it was an ac problem & wouldn?t get a good reading since the water on the floor has a cold temperature. I showed him the water in my mom bedroom. He referred me to an remediation company because he said I have a lot of damage! The remediation company referred me to an ac company. He said my evaporator coil needs to be repaired. John turned on back the water at the meter & left. He said he would be back when the ac got fixed. When Monday came the ac guy came & repaired but water was still leaking. John decided to use his leak detector & found the leak in my mom?s bedroom wall & fixed it. Please be very careful using this company.

David figured out what was wrong with my hot water heater and I didn’t need to replace it.

David Breighner did excellent job, he even above and beyond bought faucet for me and installed next day. He is very nice person, I highly recommend for everyone.

David was on time. He replaced the two old water supply keys under the kitchen sink and replaced and installed a new faucet. It was somewhat problematic because the keys were old and rusted but he successfully replaced everything. He did not leave the house until he checked and rechecked if there was a leak under the sink. I recommend this company and would call them again if needed.

David is a detail professional plumber. Real easy to communicate to and was very transparent and trustworthy! Project had some changes alone the way and David had solutions and was flexible at every step. Plumber for life with this guy!

Did not call, arrived late, WAY too expensive. A simple outdoor faucet head that took 5 minutes to replace cost $150.

The service repair man was good at his job. He was friendly and on time too..

John responded quickly. He diagnosed the hot water leak going to the guest bathroom from water heater on the CPVC pipe via cement slab. He repaired the leak by performing a reroute using PEX piping. The work was completed in 4 to 6 hours. The price was very reasonable and within my budget. I am very pleased with the results.

John answered my call immediately and was able to schedule an appointment right away. He was prompt on time and did the job competently and fast. He was also personable and wore a mask which I appreciated.
