"I initially contacted Filtration Direct through an Angie's List Big Deal promotion. After receiving a call and discussing my options, I opted for the entire home water filter system.
The installer showed up in the morning and discussed with me where it would be installed. Fortunately we had a good spot on the outside of our house. Since the tanks are guaranteed for life, I was not worried about them being out in the elements. The installer did a good job of installing, and even ran the electrical under a concrete pavement to keep it hidden.
Overall really happy with the purchase and the installation.
I primarily installed the systems as I was seeing corrosion on many of my water faucets in the house. Since this is a relatively new home, we are the original owners, I hope that this will increase the longevity of the fixtures.

"In 2013 They installed a new water heater in my house. Unfortunately last Saturday we could not get hot water anywhere in the house. We called them since they have a 24 hour service but their hourly rate is about 150% more than regular so we decided to wait, and made an appointment for their next available regular day which was just two business days later. We spent the whole 4th of July long weekend without hot water but in the Florida heat that was not a huge problem this time of the year. They showed up at the promised time. Actually it was a He. His name is Andrew. He inspected the unit and he told me what the problem was. He honored the warranty part that covered the unit and explained the why for the other charges to which I agreed. He went to work and replaced several parts explaining everything. Clean, fast and efficient. We have hot water again. My third experience with them and will definitively call them again for any future plumbing need. Thanks Andrew and Kyle Plumbing II, Inc. for continuing to provide great service."

"The first tankless water heater that was installed was not good. They sent a master plumber who did a new installation. It was fantastic, he was very quick it only took him 90 minutes to redo it. I've recommended him and I would still use him again. What I loved abut them is they came out and fixed it straight away. I was very happy with their work and the customer service is an A+. "We are new to south Florida - so I had gotten several estimates - and - Mark was located fairly close to us - but - he not only had the best price, he also had the best reviews - so I went with him and I'm really glad I did.  He took out the old sink (very carefully) because it was glued & screwed to the granite counter top from underneath and there were concerns it might crack the granite (there was a seam close to the edge of the sink). Mark was very thorough - he got the old one out and the new one in without any issues - and - did I mention he was working in a VERY tight space in the process. He was also great about NOT making a huge mess in the kitchen - and - he cleaned everything up when he was finished. I highly recommend Mark - he was very professional - and I will definitely be using him again if/when I need a plumber in the future !!!

"Our garbage disposal was making a terrible noise, like there was silverware in there, but repeated inspections proved that the disposal was empty. The repairman showed up, determined that the unit should be replaced. Then charged $300 for the labor and parts. It only took about half an hour to replace the disposal. The work was done fast and well. However, those disposals go for $100 at Home Depot. That leaves $200 for labor which seems a bit much for a house call and half an hour's work."

"The service tech was very nice and friendly. They came out early on a Sunday morning after we called them on Saturday telling them our toilets were not draining. They performed the service very quickly. The price was fair for the septic draining and cleaning ($500), but they charged us $250 to snake out a 15ft pipe which seemed really pricy. Took them about 2 minutes to do it and when I went back in my records for the plumbing company we used last time 10 years ago they only charged us $50 to snake the pipe. I'm not sure why this company charges so much for this service when I could have rented the same machine from homedepot for $40 and did it myself. At least I know for next time. Only use them for the pump and cleaning of the septic, nothing else."
