"We had this u noted install in August 2022. I had notice over the last Sumner 2024 that it didn’t keep the house as cool as it should but was still working to our satisfaction. This May we notice that the cool air wasn’t keeping up with the out side temperature. I put a call into Larry on Sunday June 1 and he said he would be out on Monday June 2. On Monday the 2nd, I text him and he told me he was very busy but that he would be out before 5: PM. He get here about that time and fixed the problem bye added coolants. I ask if it was normal that a new unit would lose all of its coolant within 2 and 1/2 years. He told me yes."
